From the ownership team and office staff to Superintendent John and his crew, every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism. Their punctuality, flawless workmanship, and thorough cleanup stood out. They were truly a five-star team and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Morse Roofing returned my call promptly and the VP came out personally to inspect my vinyl siding. He said the repair was very minor and would not be charging me to fix it. That was a first! Very impressed with their fast service and professional courtesy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They told me on my initial call that I may have to wait two weeks for someone to come and inspect my roof. To my shock they called me back hours later and we arranged for their visit the next morning. Mr Tom Morse just came to the house concerning a small leak. He inspected the roof, found a potential cause, repaired it and several areas unrelated to the leak. He completed an inspection of another area of concern and could locate no obvious problems. We were in need of a full roof replacement as the original to our home had reached the 25-year mark and was showing its age. I really enjoyed working with Morse thru the process of estimating, purchasing and installation.

Brett was a pleasure and overall awesome to work with from the Sales end. He was in no way pushy like some local contractors can be. He was able to print a proposal from his truck which was nice knowing that same day what the job was going to cost. The price was even right in-line with what I had expected the cost to be.

On the installation side, Mike and Cole as the PMs were on-point and honestly made the whole process a dream. I was a little worried over the day they came out because there was pop-up thunderstorms in the area. Their coordination thru the literal army of workers that showed up really impressed me. They were very methodological with how much roof they removed at a time in-case any unexpected rain showed up, kept me informed of what they found once the old roof was removed and even got the whole project done in about 5 hours - definitely amazing! The installation looks absolutely amazing and I was blown away with how clean they left our property - I found maybe 3 nails at-most from the work!

Overall, my favorite part about using Morse was that their communication and use of technology is definitely on-point. It drives me crazy when I hire a contractor who doesn't have a online billing system - Morse has a platform that solves that problem and is really nice to use. Their office is also very, very diligent about keeping in-touch with you. Michelle tried to get a hold of me multiple ways when I missed her calls which I had appreciated.

Morse really has perfected keeping their customers well-informed thru each part of the process and ensures that you have all of your questions answered. They are in no way pushy or eager to up-sell you and are clearly there earn your business. I can't recommend Morse enough - hire them if you want the job done right!

My HOA recommended Morse having replaced several roofs in our community with zero complaints. I looked at their ratings on google and they were good. I used them for my roof replacement and was given a competitive price. Cole and Mike my job specialists explained the entire process and worked all day with a great crew of men keeping me updated all day. No nails left behind no damage to my shrubs.

Tom and team provide an excellent health check on my two year old new construction roof that experienced some leaks this winter. We had the pleasure of working with Tom and his crew on a sun tunnel project in our home. Last month, I had no idea I was in need of a roofing company. I had a gutter repair out to seal gutters, and that’s how I found out an area over my porch was rotting! So, they recommended Morse Roofing. I called and Brett came out within 3 days and found other issues the builder left behind. Thankfully I didn’t need a new roof like most in my development! That’s how I know they’re honest! He could have EASILY said “yup, you need a new roof, and I totally would have believed that!” Based on literally every other house under 7yrs old has needed a new roof already.

Morse roofing is the best ! My roof was only 8 years old and poorly installed with low quality shingles from the original home builder. A large crew from Morse replaced my roof in 6 hours! All work was done with the upmost respect for my property. The clean up after was amazing. I have yet to find a piece of roofing or a nail. I used them after a referal from a neighbor that had used them and was very happy. I am fussy about my home and Morse is a classy operation that wont disappoint.

We needed minor, non-emergency roof repairs on our house. Morse Roofing provided great service at a fair price. They responded quickly, completing the estimate and job in less than a week after our initial contact. From initial contact to completion, their communications were timely, accurate and courteous. Update: We eventually needed a new roof and, no question, we went with Morse. Same great customer service and communication as we previously experienced. Showed up on time, got the job done in one day (despite two afternoon downpours), took great care to avoid any damage to driveway, lawn, pavers, etc., and left the area as clean as when they arrived. Final cost was exactly as quoted. Roof looks beautiful!

After a windstorm, I had Morse Roofing & Siding do a roof inspection to make sure I had no shingles missing. Mike and Mike W were friendly, prompt and professional!

We recently contacted Morris Roofing and Siding to evaluate and repair as necessary, the vent penetrations on our roof and were very pleased with quick response and the work performed. Rob and his crew took the time to understand our concerns, thoroughly inspected and evaluated the roof's condition, and recommended repairs/precautionary measures that were implemented. Their technical expertise, communication skills and professionalism were impressive.

Had Morse Roofing and Siding repair roof shingles and flashing blown off in high winds. Shane came, inspected, got office to send a quote, very very fair, and then returned a few days later to do the work. Excellent work and courteous and great cleanup. We’ve had Morse here before for minor leak repairs and always did great work, never needed to calm them back. They answer the phone, call back when they say, and make sure you’re pleased.

My experience with Morse Roofing was top to bottom an excellent one. I knew my roof was older and had a spot where water was coming in. I called Morse and the next day Alex was out to check it out. His communication was on point and he sent over a quote for roof replacement with options (and photos). With a project of this size I fielded multiple quotes and none matched the professionalism and detail of Morse. They were not the least expensive (on paper) but I felt the marginal amount I was paying over some of the others would be worth the value I received. Once everything was finalized project manager Mike and his crew came out to install and were extremely efficient. The finished product looks awesome and they left no trace. I highly recommend this company if you are considering roof repair or replacement!!!

The wind storm we had a few nights ago with 60+ winds ripped part of the facia board off my garage. I called Morse the next morning and they answered the phone immediately, transferred me to the Customer Service Rep (Jessica) who took my call. She was so efficient processing my request, called me later in day to tell me the workers would be at my home the next morning, and actually called me the next day to tell me the guys were 10 minutes out.

I contacted Morse Roofing in March of 2024 to troubleshoot a leak we were experiencing in our master bath. We purchase a “new construction” home built by Evergreen Home Builders and after less than 1.5 years, indications of water intrusion were evident from the ceiling leak in our master bath. Evergreen claimed we were beyond our 1-year warranty for siding and roof “workmanship” coverage. Tom Morse, the owner, personally came out to the homesite to introduce himself to my wife and I, then inspected our home interior (all floors) and exterior for potential water intrusion paths of entry and explained the process of troubleshooting a leak of this nature. Each site visit was documented with pictures and detailed descriptions of work performed and follow up recommendations if said repair did not rectify the leak to fruition. Morse Roofing Team was always professional, prompt and cared for our home as though it was their own. After due diligence, tenacity and much patience (taking into account not performing undo labor to weed out the root cause), I can emphatically state that our leak has now been repaired completely after our last heavy rain and wind gusts up to 40 mph. Morse Roofing has eliminated the stress of our situation for an unexpected major repair within only 1.5 years after closing on our “new construction” build. Thanks to Morse Roofing and their dedicated and professional team for their fair and honest community service.

We had water spots on our living room ceiling as a result of snow and ice damming around a chimney with deteriorated caulk. Morse roofing quickly scheduled a visit to diagnose the problem. We selected Morse for our roof replacement after much research and proposals from 3 other companies. We were not disappointed in our decision. This company is well organized from sale process through to install day with excellent communication. We had our house and shed roof replaced by Morse Roofing and Siding. Honest, Integrity, Affordable, Dependable - that is how I would describe the entire company.

I originally called Morse several years ago after seeing their TV advertisement because we had bumps in the house roof. Alex promptly came out and advised us that we could wait a few more year before replacing the roof. I knew at that moment that they were honest and that I would not deal with anyone else.

When we decided to have the roof replaced, I called Morse. Again Alex was sent out, he gave us a very fair and detailed estimate, we signed the contract immediately. I was impressed with the details included in the estimate, right down to the aerial shots of the house to get precise measurements. I never considered calling anyone else. The whole process was quick and efficient. Contract signed and the job was scheduled promptly.

The crew arrived at 7am just as we were told they would. They were professional, polite and very accommodating to our needs. They covered the area around our house protecting our deck and proceeded to strip the shingles off with a very large crew of men. It was amazing to watch them work. Half the crew left and the rest shingled the roofs. At exactly 2:30pm the last truck pulled away from our house. Our property was left just as it was when they came. Our roofs were perfect.

The crew arrived before 8AM and went immediately to work. They used tarps and covered all the plants and exposed items. They had roof reaching devices and little of the old roof fell to the ground; rather it was collected by the telescopic “dust pan”, They never stopped working until the job was completed. They were professional and considerate. If only other contractors performed like this there would fewer BBB complaints. It is obvious to me that the crew’s behavior is a direct reflection of the owner's philosophy. We don’t end a whole package and didn’t know how to get one. Morse has done jobs in my community, so, I took a chance and stopped by their business. The receptionist was lovely and understood my dilemma, didn’t look at me like I had 3 heads and said she’d find out if they could help.
The owner and she researched my community, found out the color and gave me not 1 I was seeking but gave me 3! Would not take any money from me.!!! And put them into my trunk for me.
How amazingly nice was that? They are good people just like their commercial. Not good or better then there’s Morse! Just had to share. Thanks again guys!

I can’t say I was excited to invest in a new roof, but the Morse team sure made it a good experience! A few neighbors used them and we saw how quick and clean the crews worked. We called Morse and their office staff were kind, attentive, and efficient. Then Lee came out and was the same way. We really liked how knowledgeable he was and he wasn’t pushy at all. We had trouble even getting calls back from other companies but we had another big company come out and the salesmanship wasn’t even close to Lee. That salesman up-charged so many items while badmouthing other roofers/products versus the seemingly honest and straightforward quote from Lee. We accepted the Morse quote before the other company got back to us a week later. The Morse office staff continued to communicate as we waited for our install date. Lee also made a temporary repair since we had several weeks to wait for the full replacement. The day of, the whole on-site team worked extremely efficiently. Site was clean after. Roof looks great and no more leaks!

Patience is a virtue! When I called they informed me it would be about 2-3 weeks until someone could come out and give me an estimate. Technicians informed us of the issue and FIXED it right then and there! Thank you so much for prompt service! It was worth the wait to not have to make another appointment for it to be fixed!!

A few weeks late but still a worthy review that hopefully will help others looking for a roof replacement.

My wife and I live in a 24 year old Nanticoke Home (if you are locally then you know of them). The last few years our roof started to show signs of needing replacement. After researching the county, we found two reputable companies; Spicer Brothers and Morse. We met with Spicers first and were very impressed. They said to get others estimates and to get back to them. So we called Morse and they set up a time to meet us. Extremely friendly and addressed our needs plus used CertainTeed which matched our current singles and color. This was important because we also have a 14 year old detached garage and its roof is fine. We wanted the house to match when completed and it does.

They setup a date which unfortunately rained but they came the next day. I met with the foreman who explained everything and the entire process for the day. After the completion, the foreman wanted to show me everything. There were no signs at all that anything was done. The stone in the landscape along with the bushes had no signs of anything being done above them. The roof was more perfection. My parents live across the street and said many times that they love looking at it everyday. My wife and I made the right choice and would recommend them for any roofing project you need. Thank you Morse for such a wonderful and painless job.

I needed their services twice. First time l would give them a “5+”. They took care of a roof leak and saved me a lot of money! Of course I called them after high winds blew six cap shingles off my roof during heavy winds. I was told I would be called within 3 business days to set something up. After a week with no call I hired another contractor to do the job, worried about leaks. Three to four weeks later I got a call asking if I still needed their service. Assuming something went wrong but can’t give a positive rating.
