Really impressed by this company. We had severe water damage- they told us it would be resolved up in 3-5 days and by day 5 it was completely dry and everything was removed. The workers were very considerate and kind. Can’t recommend Paul Davis enough.

Great company ! Chris was just fantastic to work with . He called us back right away and came on the same day to survey our job. They showed up first thing in the morning ready to work and were courteous, informative, efficient and clean!!! They cut the wet Sheetrock ceiling and removed all wet insulation and set up dehumidifiers and special floor drying mats . Highly recommend this company!

Paul Davis was incredible. The supervisor Cris O came out to my home within an hour of me calling and was providing updates to me everyday. He and his team took care of my belongings. I was in the process of closing my home for a sale within a few weeks causing great stress. But Chris ensured everything was conducted ethically, and he was thoughtful to keep me informed the entire time which eased some stress. He took care of all the insurance side process and closed out on remediation within a week sending the construction part to the second team of Paul Davis. I’m looking forward to their side of the process, hoping for as smooth as possible of a process as well.

These 2 gentleman Nik and Chris O. really went above and beyond the call of duty today for us. After crazy kitchen fire at when house yesterday they came through and did an excellent job getting it going with the cleaning our house. They got air cleaners running immediately and got the ball rolling during this crazy time for us. I can't thank them enough.

I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them on two different houses, and they have been phenomenal. Their work is impeccable, timely, accurate in both estimate and work (that only changes if there are some issues, discovered, which they promptly let you know about). They do fantastic work and do it very timely and as described.
They will do small jobs or large jobs. They do construction, masonry, restoration, mold, remediation, smoke, remediation, etc.
They are my go to guys, if anything comes up I am going to call them again. They are very fair and stand behind their work.
In today’s day and age with some of the fly-by-night people out there, this is a welcomed change. If any jobs come up, they’re going to Paul Davis. Can’t say enough. The only reason I am giving them five stars is because there aren’t more to give. If there were 10, they would get a 10.

I was very pleased with Paul Davis Restoration of Orange & Sussex Counties. They were very efficient, attentive and available if I had any questions or concerns. Mr. Hill the Supervisor came to assess my immediate needs regarding the restoration of my kitchen ceiling due to a leak. He was there every step of the entire process. Shawn the gentleman who repaired my ceiling and painted it, did an excellent job of restoring the damaged are to a perfect condition. He was quick, extremely knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. He also left everything super clean after the job was completed. I would highly recommend their services to my family, neighbors or friends.

Our home had a major water leak in the kitchen due to a ruptured pipe. After replacing the pipe, the water leak was halted, however we were still left with water damage/residue in the floorboards. Paul Davis Resotration came in and quickly addressed the issue by setting up fans and insulating the room. They kept us up to date on the moisture levels and were extremely cordial when moving throughout our home. Special thanks to Chris O., Pat, and Nik for their phenomenal work.

After a flooding crisis left our house uninhabitable and temporarily condemned, we were frantically making calls and struggling to find straightforward solutions. Coordinating the countless people and services involved was also proving to be complicated. Chris and his team were phenomenal! Our home was devastated with a major leak and flood. We were in disbelief and I was emotionally overwhelmed by all the damages; I did not know where to start.
Chris came over to assess the damages and explained to us what needed to be done. I just recently purchased a new home and had Paul Davis out to clean my unfinished basement. Kylee and Mat were part of the crew that handled the project. They were both so sweet and had such attention to detail. Even my dogs loved them!

Had this team come in after a water loss I experienced. The Water mitigation team lead, Chris O., was at my house same day. Within 24 hours his team was there and the work had begun. They laid out material on the floors to make sure nothing got dirty while transporting the destroyed sheetrock, insulation and other materials out the house. They were efficient and extremely informative during the whole mitigation process. Thank you to their team Nik, Kylee and John for taking care of business!

Paul Davis was hired to clean after a grease fire in my kitchen. Smoke spread through the entire house. Chris O. was the project manager for me. Chris and his team were very helpful with keeping me updated along the entire process.

Paul Davis has worked with me (my home) on two occasions now. Unfortunately, we had unexpected flooding due to leaks/clogged pipes and they came right away to help with clean up and drying process. One day after talking to my insurance company, I get a call from Chris O, representing Paul Davis Restoration. That same evening he was at my home taking pictures and measurements. I had a huge sewage leak affecting several rooms in my home and it all leaked through to the basement. When Chris O and his team arrived the first morning I think they could tell I was just overwhelmed. Chris O was the site manager and took the time to explain every step to me, what was going to get done each day. He was extremely professional and although had other sites to check in on, he made sure I understood everything before leaving. Matthew answered all my questions when Chris O was off site. He would also walk me through what they had planned to get done for the day and after cleaning up each day, he talked me through what they accomplished. Ask for Stephan Degroat, he facilitated the work done in my house in Middle. He explained the process in detail and was at the location everyday to make sure we had no issues or concerns. He had a wealth of knowledge. Also the flooring and the painter were great.
