Paul Bancroft Roofing did a great job for me. I had some tough roofing problems, and I knew I needed a topnotch roofer to fix them. I wanted someone with brains and experience that would do the job right, the first time around. Paul and his son DJ fully investigated my roof, diagnosed the problems, then suggested a course of action. They reviewed everything with me in great detail, then went to work with my approval. Turns out I had more than leaks, I also had a separate venting problem that needed attention. The crew (which included Paul's three sons, and wife Kathy in the office) showed up on time, were careful and courteous, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. My new roof looks beautiful, but the big surprise for me is that my allergy symptoms are greatly improved due to the increased roof ventilation. Fantastic! Excellent, professional work. Cannot recommend them too highly. They worked on the house across the street from us. We were so impressed at the speed, efficiency and quality of workmanship that we hired them to reroof my mother in law's house. They went to work and continued it in what we considered record time. Paul and his crew were pivotal in addressing and correcting a difficult dual flooding problem in my garage whenever it rained. I have lived in my home for almost 30 years before he thankfully came along with the proper diagnosis and correlating solutions, which no other company before him had done. Country Vista II HOA (and I personally) have dealt with Paul Bancroft Roofing for over 20yrs and in those 20 yrs have (never) had to have a call-back for defective workmanship. In addition to professional work and quality materials, Paul Bancroft has made it his responsibility to teach us about our(cement tiles and underlayment) and what to to look for in the installment (or repair) being made. Paul & his crew have always showed up at the appointed time, have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the project. If they uncovered previously undisclosed problems, they immediately contacted us for approval to remediate the problem.

Bancroft Roofing WILL NEVER take shortcuts to best a competitor proposal. He would rather not accept the job. He only knows one way to do his job; THE RIGHT WAY.

Prior to contracting with Bancroft, we viewed his credentials via CSLB and BBB. The info came back as one of the premier roofing contractors in the state.

After getting a bunch of quotes, decided to go with Paul Bancroft Roofing. They were not the cheapest, but I felt the most comfortable because they were willing to discuss the project with me multiple times, showed me options, discussed benefits of each, and allowed me to make my own decision in the end. The guys showed up on time, kept everything clean and cleaned up after themselves, and honestly did a fantastic job. I would for sure recommend them!
