I’ve lived in my house for almost 28 years, and it was time to replace the roof so I could keep my homeowner’s insurance. Mike from Bumble Roofing came out to take a look. He was very personable and did a thorough check of both the attic and roof without high-pressure sales like I got from other companies. He got back to me quickly with a detailed estimate.

Once the job got started, my point people Linda Guidos, Deidy Shields, and Bradley, my project manager were all really responsive and kept things moving along smoothly.

After the new roof was in, I was upgrading my electrical service, and there was a question about whether the electrician had broken the seal around the electrical mast. Bradley came back out to check it at no additional charge.

We have a home in the Palisades that was affected by the fire. We hired Bumble Roofing to inspect our roof to see if there were any fire related damages. One of their technicians, Bradley Van Der Linde came out (right on time I might add) and was friendly and all-business. He wasted no time. He was all over our roof taking photos and examining he shingles up close. Fortunately, there was no damage. The company sent his photos with a report and that was that.

We had Bumble come out for a free estimate today. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! He took his time to assess the roof and came back to us with a bid within just a few hours. Great customer service so far! We look forward to working with Bumble.

Needed to update the roof due to insurance. Bumble roofing estimate was reasonable. Bradley, our rep, stayed involved thought out the process and made sure the necessary adjustments were made.

while I don't particularly like working projects like this thru almost completely on-line. Overall would recommend them for any persons. Mike lead forman, was punctual and checked in daily. All communications were handled efficiently.

We needed a roof inspection done to assess current or future needs. Went with Oliver and Bumble Roofing after talking with a few other companies. Oliver was happy to discuss the need, the project, and the process. He was clear with his experience and made an effort to answer any question I had. Customer service was top notch - easy to access, quick and responsive, clear communication, and on time.

We received the report which was detailed and thorough, we appreciated the honesty - some things were pressing and others less so. We received the report very quickly with a lot of information and photos to back up his assessment. We will be discussing and reviewing to figure out next steps.

Ultimately, no pressure from Bumble. Just honest and thorough work.

My roof was extremely old with the original 1955 roof somewhere under 4 layers. The high winds we had blew several sections of roofing away. I got 5 different quotes. Bumble was actually the highest, however, they also had the most comprehensive total with nearly everything needed included rather than upcharging the way the other companies were going to do. They also worked to their word. On time, fast, cleaned up everyday, let me know exactly what was going on with it. Mike was my contact and he was always a call away. The final roof completely changed the way my home looks. So much better and they did a fantastic job, answering all my annoying questions. Thanks Mike, Linda, Deidy, Jose, Balvino, and all the rest.

Mike from Bumble was extremely helpful, thorough and polite. He verbally provided an excellent assessment of my roof that was damaged in the windstorm associated with the Eaton fire in Altadena. He was on time (actually early, and had started his assessment from the street). Very helpful .

Bid came back in a timely manner and although I am delaying my project - I will be getting back intouch with them when the time comes. Note - bid was very competitive for they work being done.

My roof was damaged due to HIGH mph winds. MICHAEL, the Project Manager arrived the very next morning and plans for repair started IMMEDIATELY. LINDA, Bumble’s Production Manager set-up city permits and inspections that very same day.
Estimates were fair and affordable. Michael and Linda kept me informed every step of the way. After the shingles were removed it was clear my roof needed some wood replacement, my house was built in 1950.
I was more than impressed with the carpentry repair, and the NUMBERS  of procedures BUMBLE implemented to complete a HIGH-quality roofing job.
6 Crew members each have their own expert specializations, a delight to observe, they share responsibilities and work as a TEAM carefully and neatly.
I have never seen such harmony and high organizational skills among ALL employees, LINDA, MICHAEL, the roof crew, getting the job done while informing me EACH and every of every step-of-the-way with photos and updates. Consistent and clear updates, and well organized with each role working as a cohesive whole. I contacted Bumble roofing after reading good reviews. They sent a very nice gentleman out to inspect an issue. He got the appt time mixed up but I was still able to accommodate. After diagnosing the problem, he told me it would be early the following week before I’d get a written estimate as this was a Friday. I’m still waiting and that was over 2 weeks ago. I’m moving on but they aren’t very reliable from my experience. .

Horrible experience. Mainly due to solar panel installation problems, and the issues with relocating panels. But the roofing company had to be called on multiple occasions for facia boards and roofing. Trash left all over on every occasion they were at house. I do not recommend. Still finding roofing nails from the job - 1 year later.
Plus - roof isnt leaking.

UPDATED REVIEW: Upon my initial review, Jose reached out to me and went out of his way to make it right and help get my permit corrections completed and permits closed out. The team who had originally handled my project is no longer with the company. Since the beginning of the project, I had been very happy with the quality of the work performed and the organization/management of the installation. The permit corrections issued were from the removal of broken solar panels I had and not anything wrong with the roof itself. I do feel confident in recommending Bumble and I totally understand that things can happen. I'm super impressed with Jose's commitment to a resolution and his kindness throughout that process.

Contractor was issued corrections by inspector and then stopped responding to emails & never collected final payment nor finalized my permits.

These guys are great. They are professional, communicative, and deliver excellent service. I will use them again for my roofing needs.

My roof was over 30 years old - my termite inspector advised needed to be replaced. I talked to 12 roofers - Only Bumble showed knowledge and competence. Each and every step of the process proved their professionalism. I initially spoke to Gabriel in the office - he was able to give me information that none of the other initial calls to roofers were able to. Each and every step of this process was handled with competency and care for me as the customer. Johnathan and Mike, the Project Managers guided me on the process and what to expect. Linda and Diana the inside Project Managers followed up with details and photos of progress. William, the foreman handled the crew with precision. The job took 3 days and each day ended with William and his crew cleaning up the property. It also is apparent to me that Bumble's employees are a happy group and work well with each other. I hired Bumble roofing to do a roof for a $15,000,000 home in Beverly Hills. Their website refers to 100A% satisfaction guarantee and how they do great work. The general contractor who ran the job said their work was deplorable. Regardless of the fact that they passed inspection, the work was deplorably done. We did some additional work by plumbers and the AC contactor. When I suggested to the general contractor that we have Bumble do more work, he refused to allow them to do it. Regardless of the additonal work, the original install was horrible. We even sent them pictures and had to take them to the state contractors license board. Their excuse that the additonal work was the reason for the poor install was insulting and idiotic. We gave them the chance to make it right but they refused and would not give us a penny even though we had to spend an additonal $36000 to redo the roof. About 1/3rd of that expense was to deal with the additonal "penetrations" in the roof, they never accepted responsibility for the poor workmanship on the initial install. I was shocked as I trusted them.
My attorney helped me file a complaint with the contractors board. We are going aftr their bond and will have to sue them to collect money owed to us. They talk a good story but the work was incredibly bad. I warned them that unless they made financial restitution, I would be forced to write this review to protect other homeowners and builders like myself from going through the same bad experience. I am dealing with cancer and had a heart attack last year and did not need this grief and aggravation. Select another roofer as you will have the same issues

The young man who came to inspect my roof was a breath of fresh air. Polite. Professional and genuinely smiling.

He took care of the initial observation promptly.
Under 15 minutes- he was done.
He explained the next steps and provided accurate details im not aware of with roofs.

I had requested a roof inspection and they sent out Mike within a day. Mike was very helpful and provided honest feedback about how to resolve concerns, raised by my insurance company over the integrity of my roof. Top notch!

Bumble Roofing came out to replace our roof and I had decided while they were doing that, to also update and redo our gutters and facia boards. The communication between the project manager, their office (via email) and everyone involved was great. The guys working were respectful and great at the cleanup each day and I cannot believe how fast they did the work. I had even noticed an area that needed a little bit of extra paint and they came out right away to take care of it. My neighbor across the street had commented many times on how great of a job they were doing and how impressed he was. I'd definitely recommend them!

Bumble's online system is a little wonky, so I just called Diana, Linda or Mike and got all the information I needed.

I've had a roofing need that I've ignored for a long time. After seeing an ad for Bumble Roofing and then confirming their quality work on Yelp, I asked for them to come over and give me a quote for an admittedly small roof repair.

They contacted me promptly, and sent over Mike, who is an absolute gem of a human being. Any person who loves dogs is a-ok in my book. I showed him the issue, and he grabbed the ladder and hopped up there in no time. He brought a full-size iPad so I could see large color photos of the issue since I didn't want to get on the roof. That was very cool.

Because he thought the repair was so small, he just asked me if I wanted it done right there, and I was beyond grateful. The price was unbeatable. He explained to me what was causing my issue, how he was going to fix it, and showed me before, during and after photos on the iPad and then let me Airdrop them to myself.

I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll be a client forever. Thanks, Mike and Bumble!

If every roofing company representative could be like Christian at Bumble Roofing then we could all breathe easier knowing that we were in very good hands. Christian demonstrated an honesty rare among contractors and did not try to sell me on costly repairs I simply did not need. No contractor can possibly do everything right one-hundred percent of the time, but when the first person you encounter at a company is as savvy and helpful as Christian, you know you are off to a very good start!

Horrible company that negligently damaged my driveway during the project using a 35,000 pound skidder machine to load a pallet of roofing supplies. If you want a roofing company that will care for your property while re-roofing your home and not try to absolve themselves by blaming the homeowner for their negligence, find a better company.

They got the job done, but there were a few hiccups along the way.

It was easy to get a quote and their pricing was fair. However, they did not know that LA county required cool shingles so I had to upgrade the shingles after signing the contract (about $700 more) which delayed getting the permit.

Once the job started, I did not hear from the project manager, but no big deal, the roofers came early, left late and worked all day in the hot sun. It was not until day 4 that I realized they were putting in the wrong valleys (I chose metal valleys). Apparently the supplier left out the supplies, the project manager did not communicate to the foreman and they didn't post the permit/work order on the door. The roofers had to stop work while they got it sorted out from the supplier and project manager. They had to remove some of the installed portions and redo them. Hopefully these areas dont leak in the future.

The end product looked nice with low profile vents. At the end Armando came for a walk-around and cleaning which I appreciate. I had to do very minor adjustment to the flashing and sealed a few nails after they were done.

One thing I was not expecting was all the debris that fell in to the attic after roofing so I hire an attic crew to come clean up.

Despite my challenging schedule, Gabriel, their project coordinator, was incredibly accommodating with the roof replacement project.
