BUYER BEWARE!!! I had contracted with patriot for a building and concrete. I was told 5-7 weeks. It took 3 months before they finally showed up to do the concrete. This was after several "no call, no shows". I had to cancel and reschedule inspector 3 times. Their communication was horrible, only way for me to find out any information was for me to contact the office of Luis directly. When the concrete crew was there they had to wait 4 hours for the first truck to show since patriot hadn't paid the concrete company. I was then told 3 weeks to get the building. I called 2 weeks later was then told I was scheduled for 6 weeks later. That then moved up a week. But after several more no shows and lots of BS excuses, at the end of January I finally canceled the contract and demanded my deposit refunded. The only positive from this was that they actually did refund my deposit. While working to get the contract they were quick on the communication but after that they were horrible. Overall working with Patriot metal building and concrete was an absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
After writing a review on their Facebook page, I was looking and reading the other reviews. Seems to me to be several reviews that recommended Patriot, these were all posted within a fairly short time span. Upon further review of the posts, it would seem that the profiles are bogus profiles. Looks like Luis from Patriot is trying to make his company appear to be a good company. Luis is a liar. He lied to me for six months about getting me a building. Stay away from Patriot and Luis.

Luis and his team were very professional and once they started the installation on our building it was completed within a week’s time.

Patriot Metal Bldgs ordered concrete from us at Heritage Concrete Service Corporation on March 14, 2025, for a project in Broadway, NC. They wrote us a bad check for the concrete and won't answer calls. As you may know, writing a bad check is a felony in NC.

If you're looking for a metal building, I would call someone who pays their bills. ZERO STARS for stealing over $5500.00 of concrete.

Mike and his guys done a fantastic job, very responsive and very courteous and just a wonderful group of guys, I would recommend them to anybody else and I'll be using them again in the future.

This is the most horrible place ive ever dealt with. Broken promise after broken promise. Got tired of waiting on them so I went with another builder. They refused to refund the deposit. It says plain as day in the contract refund will be issued if building is not completed in the agreed amount of time. Buyer beware!!!!!
UPDATE: Spoke with Luis the owner since he requested i call to get the refund worked out. He was suppose to call me back with details on the refund. Go figure. I haven't heard a word.

We are Very Pleased with our RV Carport. There were a couple of hiccups, all in all we were pleased with Patriot Metal Buildings. Employees are very respectful.

I am in the process of doing my 2nd building, I am within 2 hours of there facility in Asheboro, I have been put off and rescheduled and put off again. I paid my deposit on December 13 and now it is Feb 21, concrete has been done since January 17, there has been some bad weather in Asheboro but it has been decent weather here and no reason work can’t be done. I knew from my first building these people are slow but they do good work but it’s been over 2 months since my deposit and I have been put off too many times. Ready to cancel with them, waiting on answer as to how to get my deposit back. There is cash in hand to pay for the building, it is 40x60x12 so it’s not a cheap building, it’s like they don’t want to work and get paid!!!!!! FRUSTRATING, it is sunny dry and 40 degrees today and gonna be sunny dry and in 60’s all next week. I was scheduled for Monday but has now been postponed again!!! Weather is not an acceptable excuse anymore. Not a cloud in the sky today, beautiful weather and next week even better, I guess I just get to look at a concrete pad until I can find a company who wants to work

Too many excuses, was supposed to start March 17, didn't show up. Called didn't know he was scheduled to be there, says he will be there Friday and finish before he left on Sunday, didn't show up. finally finished building on March 31. Screws missing, screws stripped out, brush seals over garage door that I had originally asked for not installed, insulation not attached correctly, came back to make some repairs, just put a piece of tape on insulation. It took us a while to get on the same page, with the installation and when it would happen but once we finally got that squared away, Luis and his crew did a good job. Only took 2.5 days to complete. Upon completion, I called him back as I was unhappy with one piece. He promised to come back and make it right, and he actually did, which says a lot. I didn’t have concrete installed, making the whole construction a little more challenging but I would advise concrete for anyone looking to buy here, as the leveling of the building is a little off. Overall, I’d consider using them again.

I ordered a 24x30x10 garage from Patriot. Luis and his crew got the building up in 5 days and I could not be happier. The building is great quality and I can't wait to finishing equipping it for use as a storage and vehicle servicing structure. I recommend Luis and crew. They do quality work.

We started the concrete and building process with patriot metal buildings in August 2024. It’s almost February 2025 and we still do not have a building. We were given multiple dates of installment for our building and all of them came and went. We were promised a refund if the building was not installed by a certain date and that was documented in email. The building was not installed by that date, so we drove 1.5hrs down to the office on Christmas Eve to get the refund check because Luis and his secretary said that there was no way to just refund it back to my credit card used for the deposit. We picked up the check from the secretary and immediately drove to his bank that issued the check to get it cashed yet there were no funds in the account to do so. When we immediately at the bank called Luis, he said he didn’t expect us to cash the check. same day that he hadn’t transferred the funds into that account yet. He promised us we would be squared away by Thursday, this was on a Tuesday, yet once again Thursday came and went, and we never heard back from him. No building and $2500 down the drain.

Had a building done by Patriot in late June early July this year, building seem to be ok but they had to come back and fix some gaps in the roof and around the top of the door. Left a pretty big mess with trimmings from the metal and lots of screws and scraps laying around everywhere. Over looked it all, was just happy to have my building done. Looking to have another building done in the future and will consider using them again

I highly recommend Patriot Metal Buildings!!! I got referred over to Luis from my landscaper. I looked at reviews and was just a little unsure but since he is local for me, I went in person to meet with them. From Day 1 of meeting Luis to the last day of the final payment to him for his work, he has been great and very professional.! He is easy to talk to, very friendly and always answers and/or returns calls. Diana in the office was also great and very well informed on the business. I had lots of questions throughout our whole process, and they always had answers. I may have hit Diana with a few questions she did not know the answers to, but she said she didn't know and would get back to me in minutes with the answer. Concrete job was amazing (25'x30' pad). Big Thank You to Rogelio and his crew. That job was done in 2 days. A week later the garage (14'x 35' w/insulation) done in 1 day. A big Thank You to Christian, Aaron, and Daniel. They even did a great job on matching the siding color with my house. Luis gave me samples to bring home to see which color would match best. Very happy with a job well done! Thank you Luis!!!

Satisfied customer! Installation occurred within one week! Efficient installation with respectful installers. Just be prepared to pick up dropped screws in the driveway. Other than that, great job!

The process was very easy and the installers was on time and worked very hard! Awesome job all the way around.

If you are looking for great customer service , and a fast turn around this is the place for you. I searched the web for a week looking. I was referred by a friend and was very please with the communication and workmanship. Definitely will be returning for another building and referring friends and family. Ordered the building in December. A few weeks later they set a time to put it up. The guys they sent out to do the concrete did a terrible job. Told them not to pour the concrete after seeing their forming/prep work. Had it inspected by the city. Foundation and footings failed inspection. No response for weeks. Had to get my own concrete guys to finish the concrete slab. Then they put up the building. Didn’t finish it in the 4 days they were here. Had to message multiple times per week until they finally said they were coming back to finish. No one answers the phone. Multiple no shows after taking time off of work expecting them to show up. When they finally showed up they didn’t bring enough materials to finish the job. Said they would be back the following Saturday to finish. Haven’t heard from them since. Building failed inspection for improper anchoring. I had to buy my own materials and finish the building myself. Terrible service. Buyer beware.

These guys did amazing work! Communicated well and they followed through with everything! I would recommend their work to everybody!

LATER DOWN A ROAD, START ASKING FOR MORE MONEY FOR PLANS AND OTHER EXPENSE. 1 YEAR PASSED, SALES GUY TOOK DEPOSIT AND WONT ANSWER OR RESPOND. SCAM ALERT. LAWSUIT IS FILED. BE AWARE OF THIS PEOPLE. I did a lot of research into metal buildings and concrete. After having multiple quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Patriot Metal Buildings and Concrete for my entire project.

From the design to the quote and to the completion of the building they were great to work with. They did very nice work. I would recommend them if you are looking for concrete/ metal buildings.

Started pricing buildings first part of October and by the second part of November we had our building. Luis was professional and answered any questions I had. Only thing I'd mention is once they were ready to start grading they only gave me a days notice that they were coming, not a big deal, I just like to know ahead of time that things are happening. Overall though, we're very happy with our new building!

We had them build a 30x40 metal garage on our property. They were one of the few companies that did the concrete and the construction together. Everything they did was quality and great quick work. They had the building together in two days sheet the concrete was cured. Although there were a few issues with the county inspectors, they came back time and again to remedy and saw the project through to the end. I love our garage and would recommend this company to anyone asking. Luis is a great person to work with.

Patriot Metal did a fantastic job on building my 20x20 carport, which they helped me turn it into a Chicken Coupe. Great workmanship and great guys! Even the Owner/Boss man himself came out here to work with his men, making sure everything was done right and to my liking. Great Company & great men!!

Patriot was excellent to work with. They built a 24x25x10 shop with concrete for us.

They did great work on time, and came back to the table several times to accommodate my budget. Aside from rainy weather they under-promised and over-delivered. Job site was left clean as was the building. I would definitely use them again if needed, and highly recommend them.
