Everyone was very helpful from the moment I entered the store. They had everything I needed and the service was excellent. The associates were courteous and knowledgeable.

They are so friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable and they want to help you find what you need or looking for! So much better than those big chain stores. As long as they are open that's where I go to get my home and business needs!

I need a strange little bolt for my riding lawnmower. Other stores didn’t have it. They did. Also, found a good deal on potting soil. After purchasing the potting soil, the cashier immediately asked which vehicle was mine so HE could load it! Awesome customer service!

The folks here are always kind, helpful and hard working. I love coming in to get things here whenever possible to support a (somewhat) more local business.

Other than price it’s a great place but they are high. Very friendly and helpful so maybe a good trade off if you are local it’s very convenient not to have to drive 40 minutes.

Great service, reasonable prices, for a small outfit they have a very good selection. I always check there first and most of the time they have what I need. Lumber is top notch.

Sales personnel are always polite and extremely helpful. If they don't have what you need, they will check to see if they can order.

I recently moved from Winston Salem, NC, where there was a Lowe’s and Home Depot. I spend a lot of time at both places. I was worried I wouldn’t get the same options of service and being able to find what I wanted in a smaller town. Boy was I wrong! Not only are the employees that work at Patrick building supply the most helpful and best problem solvers, they also have had everything I have needed. I brag all the time about my local hardware store and how amazing everyone that works there is!!

We bought a decent amount of pressure treated lumber from Patrick Building Supply to build a deck and walkway bridge. The lumber was excellent quality and they delivered it quickly.

The people are very helpful when you are looking for something specific. If it's something they don't have they will look into it to see if they can order it for you.

They have whatever you need, if not in-store, they'll order it. Delivery available also. My husband's home away from home!

They don't have everything but sure do pack a lot in that store. The prices are much better than you might imagine. They beat Lowes on some things.
