Parker Motor Company Ford

The only reason for the one star is for Janean, and the parts person. The is not a quality dealership. I took my F150 in for low oil sensor, a six hour job. Spent 22days here. When I left I had a broken line, my pilot car sign was unhooked. It would be one day to find a electrical wire they had unhooked.
I stopped in Hawthorne NV, for the night and couldn't get the hood opened. With the help of a parts person we got it opened. To my surprise the cover for the motor had not been replaced. Because it was not replaced I have hoses exposed to a hot engine. They had left off caps to the tube to the air conditioner.
I called and asked about the parts, they said they found them. I asked them to send that day to my home address. I called Truck Town, a local dealer about the tube that was split that goes to the egr and turbo thinking it would have to come from Dearborn MI, to my surprise it was in their stock.
Just before I left a senior tech was supposed to be checking the work. How did he miss the cover had not been replaced?
There were several other things that happened while here, such as being blamed by Todd of poor maintenance which is a lie, the furthest I ever been over on an oil change was 500 miles. I care two of every filter this truck takes.
Another excuse was this was not a good engine, and they were learning. Ford designed and equipped these F150's with these diesel engines they should train people to mechanic on them. Since they decided to discontinue them they and if they are not making parts for them, my thoughts are Ford should buy them back. I love mine and it was running great before Parker Motor Company Parker AZ, touched it. They in turn should have told me I would need to take it to a bigger Ford dealership.
But no they cost me over $10,000.00 in jobs and cost me $2250.99 in motel rooms.
No I would not recommend this dealership.
Today I'm spending another $1500.00 in repairs to my electrical in Fallon NV in order to go back to work.

As usual great service. The staff there was very helpful and assisted me with a rental car while my truck was being repaired!

The works package. Everything done in a timely matter. The one issue is the mechanic forgot to put my rim lock back in the vehicle. When I mentioned it I was told he was at lunch and id have to wait til he came back. So I had to make a separate trip to parker from 25 miles away. If I had checked I could have been stuck somewhere with a flat and no way to change my tire. Please discuss this with your mechanic s

It was easy to make the apt. Arrived a little early but was quickly taken care of. Got a ride home from a nice young man. The picked me up and the itemized bill that was very clear to understand was ready. Quick pay and excellent service on a cold windy day.

This place is great! Todd got me in, figured out what the problem was, got the parts ordered. They came in,Todd got me in and they got rite on it and by the end of the day I was rolling again. Now, I live in my ambulance so repairs are a big deal. I very much appreciate the fast service and it was a little less than the estimate. So THANK YOU PARkER MOTOR CO.

We're hesitant to check electrical plug ins on dash of Ford bus. I was grateful they went ahead and found problem.

Didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take care of me , diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly.

Parker Ford advertised a 69.95 package that included oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle needed an extra quart of oil. Upon paying found the bill to be 113.00. When questioned about this the only answer was thats what it costs. The good was the vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Just went back for a second to servicing and everything worked out prefect.

had a simple oil change performed. Service tech left my truck as clean as when it showed up and service was performed on time as scheduled. Staff very professional. I will return to Parker Ford for my Ford Truck needs.

Everything went great this time. With one minor problem, was the person that worked on my car left a heavy oil prints on my interior on the driver's side. But l try to removed it on my own.
