We had a relatively simple project but he made it very easy beginning to end. From helping us find the right hardware through the care during the job (not only the work itself but careful cleanup and attention). I would definitely recommend Paradigm.

As a business owner in hi tech since 1996 and an artist in my personal life, my standards are high. Paradigm cleared every bar: craftsmanship-level work, a fair price, prompt and effective communication, and outstanding customer service. The power washing process started with a walk thru where Paradigm explained the products they'd use as I'm eco-friendly, discussed areas that needed a different approach such as my decking, and went out of their way to highlight areas of concern (e.g., tree whose roots might be growing under the foundation). The 360 degree walk thru was much appreciated.

The power washing itself was efficient yet done with great care; I have hundreds of feet of tall fencing with lattice on top and plants/bushes in front of the fence. The house and fence are now gleaming. Although the cake doesn't need icing, Paradigm left the property as neat, if not neater, than they found it.

Our home is not just a big investment; it's a haven. Power washing is an important component of maintenance and I'm glad I went with such a professional company. Five gold stars and more for Paradigm. Thank you!

Jake did a great job replacing my windows! Great work, clean and detail oriented. He noticed my window trim didn't match the rest of the house and made the adjustment on the fly. He was timely and came back a couple times to put the finishing touches on the drywall even after being fully paid! Definitely give Jake a call.
