Im a natural skeptic, so let me put your anxiety at ease. I was minding my own business and heard a knock on my door. It was a young man named Craig and he wanted to advocate on my behalf to my insurance company to replace my roof. Too good to be true, I thought. But i took his card. Through amazing effort by Craig and Preston, I got a new roof paid for mostly by my insurance due to a past hail storm. Even after a mix up during the roof replacement, AJ paid for my driveway to be pressure washed at no cost to me. These guys took care of me and they can help you, too thanks Paisano!

From start to finish, Paisano Roofing’s team provided an exceptional experience in replacing our roof. The project managers, Dara and Preston were very professional and attentive to our needs, consistently providing prompt responses to our questions and concerns. They clearly explained each step of the process and ensured the delivery of high-quality work, on time and within our budget.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Emmanuel helped me out after recent wind damage blew a bunch of my shingles off. Emmanuel determined that my roof could be covered under insurance and helped me work with my homeowners insurance to get the entire roof replaced. He made scheduling incredibly easy and the guys were able to come out even earlier than expected. They completed the entire roof in a single day and it looks amazing!

The storm in June did some serious damage to my house. Piasano roofing came to the rescue and my roof is fixed and looking better than before the storm. Emmanuel is very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. Took me through each step of the process and answered all my questions. They take care of you from beginning to end and make the process simple and hassle free. The roofing crew was a hard working bunch and they did a great job. The crew was on time, started immediately, protected all areas of outside ( plants, air conditioner, generator and trees). The crew made all necessary repairs (ply-wood) where needed. The work began on time and was completed two hours earlier than thought. The clean up was fantastic no nails or parts of shingles in flower beds, trees, or drive way. The Office Staff, Preston and Dara were also outstanding, they preformed the inspection and spoke with insurance company with our authorization. When the insurance company refused the claim, Dara and Preston offered assistance for financing. We received several quotes from other companies, but after receiving the quote from Paisano (via Dara and Preston) we immediately accepted. The entire process from beginning to end having the roof replaced was within ten days including a weekend. Thanks again to Preston, Dara and the Crew that did such a great job. Everything from the initial inspection to the cleanup was great. Preston and Dara walked me through the entire process. The work crew showed up as scheduled, and completed the job in about 6 hours, with respect to my property. Preston and Dara always communicated well throughout the whole process, and ensured that I was notified of all the details. Beyond annoying that I work from home and one of your guys just solicited me about my roof, because my neighbor is getting a roof. I have a big red no soliciting sign and he proceeds to tell me he’s not soliciting. No way would I ever use your company when you can’t follow simple rules. Send mailers out instead of harassing people. Editing to respond back to owner, I’m not removing the review. Your employee was two streets over and nowhere near my house doing a roof where trash could fall. He was asked multiple times to leave my property and did not leave.

It was a quick and painless process. Dara was super responsive and took care of everything for me. Roof looks great!

AJ & his staff were great. Dara is attentive, knowledgeable, and answers questions quickly. AJ is accommodating, professional, and just a great guy to work with. We have more than one home and have dealt with roof replacement in the past, and while we assumed we would return to the other company in the future, we are glad Paisano’s crew approached me in the yard! Paisono Roofing did a great job getting us a completely new roof. They handled all the paperwork with our insurance and made the process nearly effortless for us. They replaced our whole roof (decking and shingles) in 1 day. The clean up was awesome. I have used other roofing companies and found nails in my yard for years. Paisono roofing cleaned up my yard so well I found only 1 nail. Amazing clean up, fair prices and friendly service.

They showed up on the scene and there was a ladder deployed before I knew it. A quick conversation about where to find the leak and they were up topside. They let me know about a few possible culprits for my leak and laid out the options to move foreward. Awesome Y'all!
