Cody the owner is very easy to work with. His team is respectful and maintain a clean job site. They completed my very large patio cover in a reasonable amount of time for a very competitive price. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and highly recommend Padgett and Sons if you are looking for someone to build a patio cover for you.

Cody and the crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable while doing our zig zag shaped awning. With current rains, we didn't have any leaks or any problems. I would highly recommend them on any awning project you have. I'm glad I choose his company to do our project.

Cody and his team did a fabulous job on my patio cover. I live at a fairly high altitude and have a house covered in stones, but he was able to design something that was sturdy enough to withstand a heavy snow load, would work with my facade, and looked great! Cody is professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted 4 different companies to install an awning back in July 2024. Padgett and Sons was not the cheapest, nor were they able to do the installation as soon as possible. I selected Padgett & Sons based on their highly rated reviews.

I put a deposit down in August and they were booked out until January. I waited patiently and they kept me informed each month with timelines, permit submissions/approvals. Once they started on the job they were here to complete it...no running off to other jobs.

I am very happy with the communication and the job they did. The team was very respectful and cleaned up everything wehn they were done. The new awning matched the one I already had perfectly. I now have a beautiful space that I can enjoy almost year round.

Padgett and Sons put in my patio cover and they were amazing. They were on time and very professional. We could only afford to do half of the patio cover now and need to do the other half down the road. Padgett and Sons did an excellent job extending our patio area with a lattice roof/pergola. Cody and his crew were very professional and meticulous in their workmanship. Cody met with me to help design a behind the bbq pergola and I could tell right away that he was going to be fair and honest, on time, and build us a quality pergola. Cody built a quality patio structure. He was familiar with the HOA requirements and application process. When I first started looking into patio covers I didn’t even know where to start. There are so many options and so much knowledge that goes into the design and the construction. I knew I wanted it to look good, so I knew I needed to consult with a professional. Somewhere down the google rabbit hole, I discovered Padgett and Sons LLC. Immediately I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and friendly communication. They even provided me with a free estimate of different covers.

When I decided to work with them, they continued to impress me. They created a design plan that I hadn’t even considered. They helped me keep the cost down to a reasonable price range and informed me about the pros and cons of different covers and materials. During the construction process, I felt like my thoughts and opinions were being listened to. They didn’t keep me in the dark like some other contractors would.

Ultimately, they designed and constructed an fantastic patio cover. I could not be happier with the results. I’ve also had many neighbors and friends reach out and compliment us on the quality and design. The friendly customer service we received from them was the exact reason why we went with a locally owned business. I would not hesitate to work with Padgett and Sons in the future or recommend them to friends and family.

Their pricing was reasonable, and their work ethic is outstanding. They did everything from HOA approval to permitting. My large patio cover was finished within 4 days. They use high-quality steel, my cover doesn't shake or move like some I have seen. I can enjoy the upcoming summer and I have peace of mind knowing my covers not coming down from snow or wind storms. They are organized and customer service was great. I will  be calling them back for some outdoor shades. Don't settle for less, call them today!

Called for estimate. Was told to send in some pics and they’ll have estimate I few hours.. a week later and me sending another follow up to ask if they’re going to help went unanswered. I just texted and said nm . Don’t want a company that can’t even reply.
While I’m writing this after I said I’d review my interaction now they trying to call .. sorry I don’t do business like that or with people that ignore me while I’m trying to get service!
Bad customer service!

I have had a good experience with Cody and Karan. We did not get our patio cover installed with them, but they did help us obtain a quote for what it would cost to redo work done by another contractor. They are doing 3 other repairs, so they were able to help me understand the process better and never spoke poorly of the other contractor. Not sure if we will use them for the repair but would recommend to others.

We had Padgett and Sons install our patio cover and we could not be happier. The entire process was quick and easy, with Padgett and Sons handling everything from ordering the materials to filling HOA application and obtaining construction permit. The final result is an absolutely awesome patio cover. Cody and his team were great to work with. They helped us from start to finish. Highly recommend if you are looking to install patio cover.

I strongly recommend Padgett and Sons! They use Duralum products which I believe to be a quality product if not the best in the business. Cody and his wife were great to work with. They both helped us select the style, colors and sizing that would meet our needs. I would also like to add, the respect they showed to our property and schedules was very thoughtful. They worked with our landscape contractor and even raked our DG after the work was done. Very clean!

I searched and searched the internet for a reliable company to install a Pergola in my back yard... I found several but there was something about Padgett and Sons that drew my attention.....I normally get 3-4 quotes when doing any renovations to my home but Padgett and Sons were the first to respond....the owner Cody came by, went over what my wishes were, gave me some options and then prices....

I don't ever go just by lowest price because knowledge, professionalism and rapport also are important to me...Cody passed all of my expectations and I didn't need to meet with anyone else, I hired him on the spot!!

They helped me with getting HOA Approvals and all necessary paperwork for permits.....they actually handled the permit process from beginning to end!

Once permits were received the work began and I can tell you from Day One I was impressed!! Cody and his entire team were beyond AMAZING!

I'm a very detailed and perfectionistic person as to what I want and Cody had no problem meeting my request! He knows his stuff, knows how to execute it and he is also a perfectionist!!

I am BEYOND Satisfied with every aspect of this job and I DEFINITELY recommend Padgett and Sons for this type of work...

You might even find someplace less expensive but just know if you want a PERFECT PROFESSIONAL GREAT LONG LASTING Pergola....pay that little extra and have it done RIGHT by Padgett and Sons....you won't be disappointed!!
