He was very courteous, knew what he was doing and we finally had our Air Conditioner up and running again.
He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical in that he won’t steer you down a path unless you absolutely need it.
His prices were fair and he provided a detailed estimate before completing the work the same day.
He was great at communicating throughout the process.
He found so many oversights from the company that installed it that could have caused some costly repairs.

We had a new roof put on our house and by no ones fault a nail went through the line set for the air conditioner. Cooper came out and did an estimate the next day and fixed it immediately. He was very courteous, knew what he was doing and we finally had our Air Conditioner up and running again. I will call him next time I have a problem with heating or air conditioning. Thank you Cooper.

Cooper is incredibly knowledgeable, forthcoming upfront, and reasonable when it comes to his pricing and work. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical in that he won’t steer you down a path unless you absolutely need it. He did my spring maintenance on my AC unit and will definitely have him back to do any future repairs, I strongly recommend!

We are very happy with Iron Mountain! We had an emergency situation with a customer's AC and needed the work done as soon as possible. Cooper was able to go out the next day, even moving his schedule around to ensure that he accommodated their schedule. His prices were fair and he provided a detailed estimate before completing the work the same day. We will be sure to use Iron Mountain for all future projects.

Cooper came out and inspected our 11 year old home air conditioner. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He recognized that the fan on the air conditioner needed replacement. He had the part and replaced the motor the same day. His service is reasonably priced and he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and options for repair or replacement. Excellent work and I highly recommend his company.

Cooper is the best! He is honest, upfront, and has your best interest at heart. He installed a new HVAC system in our home that is so efficient it's saving us money every month. He was great at communicating throughout the process. He even contacted us after the installation to ensure we were happy with our new system. Customer service is a lost art but not with Cooper. I strongly recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

Cooper came out to Gardnerville to service our 2 year old AC unit because we had some issues with it last summer even though it was new. He found so many oversights from the company that installed it that could have caused some costly repairs. He also checked the furnace and let us know of some upcoming maintenance that we should do before next winter. We will definitely work with Iron Mountain in the future. Thanks Cooper!
