I hired Anton to replace the drywall on one wall and the ceiling of a small entry room. Also to replace the OSB on the exterior wall after water damage from a leaky roof. During the bidding process, Anton seemed experienced and professional. However, he did a really poor job and made alot of mistakes due to rushing thru the entire job. He failed to put Tyvek wrap on the OSB during installation, which is industry standard. When I texted him to ask about it, he actually lied saying he believes his assistant did it. He should have known for sure because they did not leave each other's side the entire day. And Anton was the one who put the siding back on so he would have seen the house wrap. I saw him do it. Then he said in the next sentence that the Tyvek is not needed.

Next, I noticed that he damaged the screen on a ventilation hole in the soffit while he was working on the siding. This could allow insects to get into my home. I could see that it was damaged and asked him to fix it. He looked at it and said it was fine. I had to get on a ladder to get a closer look and I could clearly see it was damaged. So I took a picture and sent it to him and he finally fixed it.

He also tried to get out of painting, which was in the contract. When I brought it up he said "oh was painting part of the contract?" I said yes. Then he said, "how about I just paint it all white?" The walls he replaced and the rest of the room is a beige color, aside from the baseboard and window trim.

After the job was completed, I noticed a lot of screws that had been driven in too deeply leaving indentations and bulges in the wall. Also, he didn't apply enough mud to the seams in a few spots under the drywall tape and those started to bubble in several spots. During the time he was doing the warranty work, he cancelled on me twice in one week. After the second time, I got upset and explained that I felt like I was getting the run around. He got very defensive and tried blaming his mistakes on the product which aren't under warranty. But he eventually agreed to fix it. After he fixed all the spots on the drywall, he painted. I noticed a lot lint from the roller in the paint. I asked him to de-lint the rollers before the next time he painted, and he refused to. More lint was added to the paint job. He kept saying he doesn't use wool rollers and there shouldn't be lint but I was looking right at the lint and pointed it out to him. He didn't want to sand the lint out and repaint. I asked him to and he refused. I have lost all trust and faith in Anton and won't be hiring him again.

The bay window at our trailer was sagging and needed jacking up and leveling. Anton came to our site, gave me a quote, came back when he said he would, fixed the problem, took pictures and a video and took time to show me the work he did. Then he invoiced me that day. His communication, reliability and quality were spot on.

Anton came out and fixed some exterior siding for us. His communication was excellent. Super happy we went with Pacifc NW Straight Arrow.

Great experience with Anton. He was responsive on our home repair project, gave a fair quote, and scheduled and completed the work promptly. Highly recommend. And will use again.

We had PNW Straight Arrow Construction rebuild and add new timbers to our homes subfloor. Anton explained all that needed to be done and gave us a fair quote for the work. Which he then completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend working with this company.

Anton and his crew were the best to work with. They removed our chimney, rebuilt our wall, and put a window in. We're so happy with it and will definitely work with him again.

We discovered that our dryer exhaust vent had water pooling near the exterior port, which began to leak, rotting the drywall, as well as a large portion of the exterior wall connecting the upstairs and downstairs (remember to inspect/clean your dryer vent routinely!!!) Anton was VERY quick to respond to us, late afternoon on a Sunday night, if memory serves. Just as fast to get in and diagnose the problem, and get the repairs done. Additionally, he identified some other issues that I'm thankful now that we addressed, and PNWSAC was fast, yet thorough, and professional throughout, always keeping us apprised of the ongoing work and future scheduling. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make repairs or additions to your home. I will be calling on them again when the time comes!

Anton and team did a very great job on our car port roof this past summer of 2023. Very good quality to last many years. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and quicker than expected putting in hours of work a day. The communication was easy and quick. They are great at laying out all options and choices ahead of time and have a great network for anything that we needed. The job was done neatly that we asked them to come back to install our gutters. They did a great job there also. They even helped fix a gate to our fence area that was unattached for a long time. Thank you, we will continue with your professional services in the future.

They installed new supports for my porch roof as well as a rebuild of the porch. Very happy with the results.

Anton did an outstanding job on our projects. Had a new deck put in with a roof extension over it. All new windows installed, and multiple small projects. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and was just amazing to work with. Thank you Anton!!!

10/10 would recommend. Anton replaced the siding on our home last summer and made repairs in a few spots. We were so pleased with the work that we had him come back to replace the floors inside. He’s extremely friendly and easy to work with. Communication about expected timelines and progress updates were greatly appreciated and something I haven’t received from other contractors.

Have had PNWSA do a number of projects and they are efficient, professional, and cost effective. Hard to find all 3 in one place. Happy to recommend.

Anton and Straight Arrow Construction built us a covered deck last year. Did an awesome job. Anytime we have had a project he is the one we call. Quality work, fair price.
