I am very pleased with our site visit from Jay. He called an hour before he was to arrive to give us a heads up when he would be here. We (my wife and I) really enjoyed the visit. Jay was very kind , thoughtful and thorough in his assessment. He was very attuned to what we want and very helpful in explaining what would be the best site to place our water tank. I recommend PacBlue to anyone who may be interested

We’ve been relying on Pacific Blue Catchment for our monthly water quality checks at our vacation rental. They handle filter replacements and UV bulb changes as needed. It gives me peace of mind knowing the water smells and tastes great for our guests.

This company has consistently provided excellent service over the nearly 20 years that they have maintained our water tank in Ocean View. They come regularly to make sure the water quality in the tank is as required & to ensure that the pump & filters are properly attended to. We have never had to remind them about any such matter...they show up as needed to ensure that our water quality is as it should be.

Pacific Blue Catchment is an excellent, reliable company with very knowledgeable employees. When my catchment pump failed after 1 year they quickly scheduled a replacement for me at no charge. They make and sell excellent products and I would highly recommend them.

I was introduced to Corey and Pacific Blue Catchment by an Irrigation specialist and industry leader. The high-praise and confidence heaped upon this man and Pacific Blue was hard to believe at first. However, Corey’s personal integrity, work ethic, experience and professional acumen quickly set him apart from the rest. He was generous with his time and expertise, gathering relevant data over the phone and asking pinpointed questions. He then drove across the island to walk our multi acre property and observed all of the details and nuance before educating us and proposing an intelligent, efficient and multi stage solution. He worked for 10 hours straight, with a smile on his face even after the rain began to fall. When he left the property, he had figured out and done things that a half a dozen plumbers never thought let alone executed. I am nominating Corey to human being Hall of Fame, I highly recommend Pacific Blue Catchment without reservation.

Previous water pressure was unacceptable. Couldn't even take a shower with trickling water.
New 1/2 horse water pump was installed with new filters in 2 hours. Want to give the installer credit (didn't catch his name) as he was resourceful in using a cement block & wood to mount the pump. Very reasonable and now l have full water pressure.

Rick ran into difficulties with the trucking company that wouldn't dump the materials load near the installation. He was quick to problem solve the issue to maintain a prompt installation. Great thinking on the fly and the install looks great!

Pacific Blue Catchment has been very easy to work with. I like that they get my work scheduled and they stick to the schedule. Excellent and timely work.

We had an emergency pump issue and they sent jay out to work outside of normal work hours to replace my pump. Megan in office is extremely helpful and quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I appreciate all that Corey and his staff have done over the years for my home and business.

Have used Pacific Blue Catchment for almost 8 years for maintaining and servicing our water catchment system at our Kona coffee farm. We are 100% dependent for all water needs on this system operating properly. Whether it's monthly scheduled service calls, or problem solving a new issue with equipment, Cory and his team have always been professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and responsive. Highly recommend them if your needs include water catchment on teh Big Island!

I am 84 running a small boarding house of 7 rooms.My tenants expect clean common places in addition immediate attention to plumbing and electrical problems.Pacific Blue services have saved me twice.No price gouging .

I knew nothing about catchment and was super nervous about the construction and use. The team was so willing to educated me - was DELIGHTFUL, helpful and I cannot recommend a company more highly. REALLY. And I rarely ever leave reviews.

I have been with pacific blue since moving into my house 12 yrs ago. I have had three memorable water emergencies that because of Murphy’s Law happened on the weekends or Friday. Corey/his crew were there every time I needed them. Always called back within an hour, always able to help.
I had the honor of meeting Jay on my last water situation, and not only did he fix the problem, he improved my set up and showed me step by step how to fix the problem myself if I was inclined to do so. Great company, great people.

I am so impressed with Cory and the quick service he provided. My water pump finally gave up the good fight on a Friday evening after 18 years of hard service. Cory came to install the new pump on a Saturday, making sure the family had water over the weekend. I am so grateful for his professionalism as well has compassion for a family trying to make do without running water.

They provided a one stop package. Other vendors offered a tank but not install. They arranged for water delivery, delivered and installed the tank and roof. As on option, they also provided a hydrant hook up for water delivery haulers. Very pleased with the finished product.

We have been fortunate to have worked with Corey through the years for water catchment repairs and cleaning and they have always been a great service. Recently we were struggling with our pool and could not get it figured. I called Corey and he got right back to me, I explained our situation and Corey referred his brother Chris in Kona who has Poolbright. He promptly and expertly gave me directions for problem solving and products to use and our pool problem was resolved in 48 hours! They also offered parts if needed and a monthly services program which is a good deal. These guys are Great people to work with, very timely and efficient and know their business very well. I highly recommend both of them.

I honestly feel blessed to have found Pacific Blue Catchment. I have an older UV system that needed both its bulb and glass sleeve enclosure changed. Changing the glass sleeve was way overdue and by not doing that I considerably lower the effectiveness of the UV bulb over harmful bacteria.

My first contact with Pacific Blue Catchment was on the phone with Megan who pleasantly asked me some questions to better access my issues. My home is in a more remote area where many businesses will not travel; but that’s not the case with this wonderful company, they are happy to help.

Corey arrived right on the scheduled appointment time and proceeded to access not only my UV system but I requested he perform an overview of my entire catchment system and he was happy to do so. I gained very valuable knowledge not just about how things operate but that I had been using the wrong micron filters that he changed so that the water was now filtered cleaner. That resulted in the UV system being even more effective since it now would receive cleaner water.

Because the system was older and the glass sleeve had never been changed, the fragile glass required skill and knowledge to remove properly without breaking and Corey was definitely up to the challenge. He successfully removed the sleeve and reinstalled a new one; which also was not an easy task with the old style gaskets my model required.

When Corey left, I felt that not only had my original issue been completely solved but now I had a much improved, healthier catchment system. I will always use Pacific Blue Catchment for any future catchment issues; I am sure you will feel the same once they help you.

The team at Pacific Blue showed me what professionalism is like, when dealing with their customers. They did the work that I requested and agreed to was done with care, concern, and total knowledge of the job.

We have been working with PBC for 3 years now. Cory and his crew as well as well the office staff are totally professional informative and very responsive. No question goes unanswered, and they show up right when they say or they let you know. Best of all, we had a problem with our almost brand new pump and Cory stood behind his product and installation totally and fairly. You cant ask for more then that right? Those of us that did not grow up with catchment systems run into all kinds of things we are at a loss to know what to do. PCB is a good outfit to go with!
