I hired Jeton the owner of OTR to replace my roof and he made it look brand new. He gave us a timeline when the job would be completed and it was. The crew were also very pleasant and at the end of the job they made sure the property was thoroughly clean. I would highly recommend them. Promise you will not be disappointed. Contacted them & within 2 weeks I got my entire roof replaced, these people are about their business. Would definitely recommend.

For anyone making appointments outside of the north Jersey area, please be aware that if you make an appointment for an estimate with this company, you will not hear from this company until they are supposedly an hour out from your home. When they call, they do not leave messages and expect an immediate response. If you do not respond immediately (I responded 7 mins via text after their phone call due to an emergency call with my job) they will assume you do not want the estimate. If you do respond, you will encounter a very unprofessional conversation and be “punished” and admonished for not responding immediately to their phone call.
Needless to say I believe the discourtesy was acutely due to the distance the company business is from my home and a sudden unwillingness to come this far south in Jersey on a Saturday. I do not recommend this company for anyone outside of the designated area listed on their website, even if they they claim they are will service your area. For anyone within their actual service area I hope they will treat potential clients better then they did me.

After Jeton's estimate I knew I had found who would be doing the roof on my house. He has a sense of integrity that is a rare gem these days. Everything he said that would be done was done. I was working during the project and could not be present, but Jeton helped ease my mind through smartphone updates. I recommend OTR Home Improvement without reservation.

OTR owner was amazing. I live in AZ but the miles didn't make a difference because of the diligence of Jeton who provided me with pictures throughout the roof installation from start to finish. Jeton, the owner of the company was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish in making roof replacement recommendations. He is very service oriented as well as a perfectionist. It was a one day job and his crew are something else to watch when doing their work! Really efficient and not only did an amazing job with the roof replacement and install of a new solar powered attic fan, they cleaned up and left the property spotless as if they were never there.

I bought a new home that was a real fixer upper. After countless contacts and quotes from multiple contractors, Jeton and his crew were nothing short of a God send. He and his crew were honest, hardworking, and fast. This was no small roof, this is a big project, and they handled it like the pros that they are. They provided the asphalt shingle roof as well as the standing seam metal room. If you need roofing and siding work this is the place to go. You want to hire professionals let me tell you why to hire this company. I hired them in 2019 for my roof. When they came to fix my roof, they were honest, very professional and explained what needed to be done with possible extras if further repairs were needed due to the roof having 3 layers and a leaking chimney. The quality of work was meticulous and thorough.. No corners were cut. The finished project was done timely and with precision. Now in 2022, after hiring them back for my home siding, we originally placed the order in 2021. Despite multiple delays, they always kept me informed till the project began. Just this past week, the siding went up. It took 4 days,. Once again, the professionalism of the crew doing the work were respectful, very meticulous making everything perfect and handled extra requests at last minute with no questions asked. The final outcome of the siding was past my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. It was so wonderful having been able to work with a company that listens what the consumer wants done and they deliver a product that is just top notch.

Jeton and the crew at OTR did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. Jeton made excellent suggestions for taking care of a tough area of my roof that had leaked more than once over the last 20 years. His crew was right on-time each day and the area was completely cleaned up when they left. I needed the work done on my spring break and they got it done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.

I reached out to OTR to assess a leak and give me an estimate for a roof repair. Jeton responded right away (came out the same day to give me an estimate). He showed me the materials he planned to use, explained the process, and described how it would prevent further leaking. When I let him know, a few weeks later, that I wanted him to complete the job, he scheduled me for the first job of the day the next morning. His crew was efficient and courteous. They fixed the roof with top quality materials and cleaned everything up when they were done. Jeton was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

OTR did amazing job to replace a new roof. I was getting 4 contractors price estimate base on rating reviews. Most of them offered about the same price point. What I like OTR the most was Jeton well preparing presentation how replace roof process like and what kind materials his company offer. It gave me a better understand and how much it will cost up front. His team was professional and on time to complete the roof replacement within a day. OTR did amazing work on my old house. They replaced the roof, siding, and gutters on the home and on the garage... and did an excellent job! Jeton took the time to explain what had to be done and why. He is also hands on as his staff proceeds. His crew is super efficient and they work very hard. This project was completed during some of the hottest days in June. After the install, they also cleaned and removed any extra materials. Outstanding job!

The job and necessary components were explained well. They were flexible to our needs and responsive. The job was completed within the promise timeframe. Everything was handled professionally. The results look great (the pics are currently show - it’s the white house with both asphalt and metal roofing and red brick chimney. We will be using them again later this year when we are ready to do the siding.

I can not recommend Jeton and OTR Home Improvements enough. They provided exceptional service, a quality product, and were honest and fair and extremely efficient on three rather substantial jobs. The first job I called him on, was to replace a cornice on a very old stately brick house. I had many contractors look at the job, and quite frankly, none of them were interested in the challenge and the one contractor that would do the job was looking for double what OTR was charging me, and although his trucks are visible everywhere, that contractor did not have a great reputation. Anyway, Jeton got the job and this beautiful new cornice blends with the house perfectly and looks incredible! I couldn't be happier. His men dealt with a very difficult situation and they completed it in a day!! With this behind me and realizing that Jeton and his company were the real deal; honest, trustworthy, and excellent craftsmen, I then had him look at the roof, which was new only 12 years ago, but the prior roofing company did a terrible job. Jeton got on the roof and showed me pictures of all the problems up there, including four layers of shingles, half of them blown off and 2 additional chimneys that were not in use and in danger of falling over. He showed me pictures of the gutters and the bad shape they were in, so I hired him for the second time in a week. They ripped off four layers of roof and I had a beautiful new roof in a day. Another thing that really impressed me that I was grateful for was the dumpster he used for the debris. This may seem trivial, but I have a shared driveway with the house next door and we just had a new asphalt driveway put in a year ago. A typical dumpster would have probably left big grooves in the driveway, but Jeton used a dumpster with big rubber tires that is hauled in and out and it left no marks at all! His men cleaned up well after each job, which leads me to the third job in a week, the front porch. The gutters from the cornice led down to the flat roof on a 30' wide front porch. Again, when the men were working on the other projects, Jeton took pictures of the rotting roof of the front porch. He suggest a slanted roof, so the rain water would drain down and to get rid of the yankee gutters and install 6" gutters, which we did. What an improvement! QTR had a rapid response time to our call. We had roof damage from a storm & they did the job fast and on time.

After reviewing online roofers, I called several and was most impressed with OTR roofers and Jeton (owner).
He came on Thursday explained in transparent language exactly what was needed to get the job done! By Friday I called him, we finalized the terms and by Saturday the sun was out and I had a new roof on both my house and detached garage......it was an awesome day!! Jeton and his crew demonstrated superior workmanship, dedication to their craft and respect for my property. Seamless gutters were installed with leaf guards as well as coverings on my outside faucets. I look at my roofs now and the sun will always shine on them.......truly appreciate OTR, Jeton and his CREW .......Donna

Jeton from On the Roof was one of the few contractors I contacted after a handful of 20+ year old roof shingles had blown off following a recent storm. He came to assess the damage the next business day, provided suggestions on the repair, and within days, his crew was here to remove all the existing roof shingles and what turned out to be rotting plywood underneath, and installed new ones to go along with the new shingles.

While this was work was being done, I spoke to Jeton about having the same roof work being done on the detached garage, along with new sidings. So this was also completed as an additional project immediately afterwards.

Throughout the course of the projects, Jeton was professional, responsive with texts, and even sent me numerous photos/videos from the rooftop of the progress (without me asking for them) - that’s something I sincerely appreciated.

He was a very professional and reliable man, he explained everything with patience. He gave a 25 year guarantee for the materials and labor for the roof and provided financial options for me which was 18 months with a 0% interest loan. He understood my needs and used good materials to secure my property. He was there to check on the job. His crew was also very professional and did the job on time. Also the gutter installer, Sam did a great job too. I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend OTR to my friends and neighbors. Great job!!!

We just had to have our roof replaced and feel very lucky to have been referred to Jeton and his team. He was super responsive, the price was incredibly reasonable and from the first time we met to the completion of the job was about 3 days. The team showed up when expected, were very professional, cleaned up and even added new shingles to our shed....all in one day! They cut the branches over the shed because they were laying on the roof as well at no extra charge. We appreciated the updates provided by Jeton throughout the day including pictures and video. Jeton the owner of this company was Amazing!! His company offers financing which was essential in getting this project done!!! I am the President of my complex and we needed an 8,000 square ft flat roof installed. They removed four layers of the old roof and installed insulation, pitched areas of the roof and custom-made 500 ft of coping and flashing around the AC units. They were always on time and worked till late to get the job done!! I would definitely recommend this company because they were honest and hard-working and didn't cut any corners!!!

My father-in-law, who is a perfectionist, used Jeton and his crew for a basic job and came away incredibly impressed by the job and value for money. I was slightly more nervous as I had a very different/much harder job of replacing a cedar roof on a 4500 sq foot Ridgewood house built in 1920's with 50-60 different sections of roof. His price was more than fair and quality and workmanship are apparent (ask him for the photos!). His crew worked hard and were respectful throughout. He's got a big personality, but a solid work ethic/ethos and never nickel-and-dimed me, which I appreciated. We're very pleased we used OTR

I was looking for a contractor to look at some issues with our roof. OTR did work at Cafe Azzurro that looked wonderful, and so we decided to look into using them. Jeton was very professional, straightforward, and balanced in his assessment of what issues we had and how we could make some other improvements to avoid future issues. We wound up replacing all shingles and a fair amount of the wood on the roof. The pricing was fair and reasonable. The crew did a great job - the new roof looks great (and as a result our house looks better), everything was cleaned up and they were careful around our landscaping etc. Work was done very timely and Jeton was regularly in communication and on-site. Overall a very positive experience with OTR.

I managed a property which is a church, who's roof had a leak. I called OTR the owner came himself right away. He was very informative and thorough in his explanation. He explained what needed to get done and showed us examples of other properties he’s worked on which was very helpful to know what to expect on our roof repair. He was puntual, professional and reasonably price. He took in consideration we were a church, a nonprofit organizational, when he gave us price estimate. The job was done quickly and very clean. Now there’s no leaks, we really like the product he used which extends the life of the roof. OTR did a fantastic job, I highly recommended or better said...only recommend them if you are looking for someone who is reliable and does quality work and reasonable in pricing.

Jeton did a great job in replacing my roof and installing 4 brand new skylights. He is very responsive, detail oriented, and always on time. My roof had a leak so I needed emergency repair service which is when I called Jeton. He showed up the next day, inspected the roof, and walked me through the steps needed to replace the roof. Although I was a bit hesitant at first because I was about to go on a lengthy vacation, I decided to let him do the job given the urgency. Despite the time difference, Jeton always kept me up to day regarding the process of the job by sending me pictures and videos. He addressed all my concerns/questions and made me feel comfortable leaving the project in his hands. After my return and upon checking the roof myself, I think Jeton did exactly what I wanted and the roof/skylight came out beautifully. I had a great experience working with Jeton and would highly recommend him.

From start to finish Jeton was hands on inspecting and supervising his work being done. Our roof was in need of full replacement and OTR did a fantastic job. He installed full new plywood roof and shingles as well as custom sheeting around all chimney and air vents & our gutters were replaced as well.
