My mother in law had them do her roof in orangeburg, ny and found out after work was done that they covered the structure that had obvious water damaged rot and mold. The ceiling beams and wall tops were rotted and they never mentioned it to me. I am told that this needed to be resolved BEFORE the roof went on. Now the new roof, we just paid for has to come off so the repairs can be done then a new roof put on again. How can I give them a good rating if I need to spend $$$ for work that they already to have it done right.

This was a great experience! I was given photos of the work I needed done and given a detailed estimate. They came out quickly and even photographed the work once finished. I was provided with a warranty and everything. Such a nice change as we had someone else come by prior to them and while I was busy inside they "supposedly" went up to the roof. I was given an estimate to repair the shingles that were missing and they didn't even mention the other issues I had with my roof. AGA was very thorough and that was greatly appreciated! I will be using this company again in the future.
