I would like to share that we use to have to find someone to wash our roof every year because it is white. Orr's Exterior Cleaning Solutions did our roof almost a year ago and it still looks great . The fly by night company we use to use would take all day and some took 2 days and never did as good a job. With his professional equipment he gets the job done in hours instead of days. Chris was called in when I was in a pinch. I have A LOT of concrete to pressure wash. I attempted to do it myself but was done. He complimented what I had already done, told me he could help me make it look better, and finished the job I had. He worked efficiently and everything he said he would do he did. Insurance wanted to cancel us cause our 6 year old metal roof was dirty and they said it showed in pictures rust. Well we had Cris Orr exterior cleaning come out and wow it now looks like a new roof. He and DJ did a wonderful job and worked like trogans. Would recommend them anytime.

Amazing! Cleaned brick house that was built in the 60s and brick has never been cleaned. Looks great. Also cleaned my carport that has white paint and looks like new. ORR’s Exterior Cleaning Solutions came to me highly recommended by friends in the business - real estate - community. My call to [Steve] at the Live Oak office, however, was in regard to my Lake City residence and hangar property located at the Cannon Creek Airpark.

Meanwhile, [Christopher] connected with me at the house and surveyed the structure(s) for the work needed: hangar project in immediate need of complete cleaning (both roof, huge bi-fold hangar door and all siding) and additionally, an evaluation of the main house and roof.

The cost estimate was both fair and reasonable, and a date was confirmed for the actual work.

I must admit, I was impressed with this company from the outset: initial contact; the timely follow up and, most especially, the actual work performed by [Christopher] and his employees: two hard-working brothers from Suwannee County. All three worked well together not unlike a disciplined military detachment executing a well-planned mission. Christopher clearly at the helm, but all three men worked so well together and professionally as a team.

The entire hangar (including landscaping around the building) was completed under 5-hours and a future date was confirmed for the main house.

The results were outstanding. My neighbors were as impressed with the attention to detail as I was - ORR’s Exterior Cleaning Solutions will have additional contracts at the Airpark, I feel sure - and the building looked fantastic.

Chris and his team did an excellent job on my soft washing my roof. At the time I had my Christmas lights up and they were extra careful not to damage them in any way. If you need your home to be cleaned from roof to the road this is your guy.

Orr's really did an excellent job cleaning our work shed, house and roof. They started mid morning and didn't stop until they finished about 2:30 that afternoon. Orr’s did an amazing job for us! They did our home and our church. Both look like brand new roofs! They also pressure washed the sides of the church and it looks like a fresh new paint job. The sidewalks and rock on the house and church look refreshed, too! Great job! Chris was very quick to respond!

I have pecan tress on property and they make a year round mess. The accumulation of dirt/grime/mold was really bad on the wooden deck and concrete porch. This has been an especially rainy year which added to the problem. They did a beautiful job - very efficient, courteous and very reasonably priced.

Extremely impressed and pleased with the service. I had an extremely dirty house that had been rented out to college students for 10 years. The outside looked like Animal House after a major fire. However after the roof and exterior were cleaned, it was hard to believe it was the same house… it looked as if it had been freshly painted. House is 2700 sq feet and price was $975 to clean entire exterior, roof and a large driveway, that is extremely reasonable! Definitely recommend for all exterior cleaning jobs.
