Isaac and crew did an outstanding job replacing a dock at our residence. The materials and workmanship were of the highest quality, 2-way communication was excellent, and they did what they promised and allowed for modifications during planning. The planning process was efficient and everything was done exactly according to schedule. The professionalism of all on the team was of the highest order. We would not hesitate to use them again.

It was my lucky day when somebody recommended Broshar Unlimited to me. He has done two jobs for us, a roof repair and repair on the steps/support leading down to our dock that were in terrible shape. I cannot say enough good things about him. His work and work ethic are exceptional!

Isaac and his team installed Lifeproof flooring in a bedroom for me this morning. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He listened to what I wanted done, communicated the process to me clearly and provided flooring samples that allowed me to choose the best match to the existing floors in the house. They showed up on time for the installation and were very respectful of my home by cleaning up continuously while completing the job. I could not be more pleased with the floor! This has been my best experiience getting work done in this area. Highly recommend Broshar Unlimited Inc!

I cant rave enough about Issac n his son Jacob! Had tree removed from house n called issac 2 c if he could help with tarp over damage n he came over quickly assessed the situation n went 2 store 4 supplies n did an incredible tight secure job! If that wasn't enough they blew off my nasty roof! Great work ethic n organized n just all around good folks! I will have them back, thnx guys

We were recommended to Broshar by a family member. They did excellent work at our office: fixing our gate, cleaning our gutters, and fixing the drainage issues on our property. The work was done well and very timely. All the staff were professional and Isaac was very knowledgeable. He had excellent solutions to all our concerns. Will definitely be calling again for our handyman lists.
