Paul and Josh were amazing to work with. I had an issue where one of the wood support for my balcony was rotting. They came up with a solution that was economical.

They responded quickly to my request and were able to complete the job in an efficient manner.

I first engaged Orca Roofing & Exteriors to inspect our roof following last year's "Bomb Cyclone". They found a little damage and repaired what was required to keep the roof performing. The tech did note that the ridges needed replacing, so we arranged for an estimate, which was reasonable. Since our gutters also needed replacement, we asked them to tackle that as well.

Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and their appointment management was excellent. They arrived on time, worked quickly with a minimum of disruption, and completely cleaned up afterward. They shared pictures of the roof repairs so we could see what they had done. The new gutters look great and should greatly improve runoff management. They offered, but didn't pressure us to buy, gutter covers.

Overall, Orca has been very professional and efficient. We won't hesitate to call them should we need more work on our aging roof.

Amazing experience with our condo community roof replacement project. This crew went above and beyond as my family was dealing with a family member in critical condition in the hospital. The leadership (Peter and Eric) and crew made sure we had access to come and go as needed even though our community has very little open space to stage materials. Orca has done all the repairs on our metal roof since we moved in a few years ago and always done a great job. The original installer or the roof is out of business and paid for by the prior home owners. Most companies we called wouldn't work on a metal roof if they didn't install, which is frustrating. These guys were not only willing to help out, but are quick, effective, and reasonably priced.

Our condo building decided to redo our 20+ year roof with Orca Roofing and our sidings on our building. They had the most thorough team who managed this big project. Big shout out to Phaedra who was our expert project manager on the project. She was on top of every step of the project, making sure the team each step of the project was done correctly. Whenever a problem arises, she reassured us and resolved all the issues immediately, which we greatly appreciated. Orca Roofing & Exteriors cleaned our roof and also fixed some damage from last winter's storms. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, fairly priced, communicative, and high quality. I was surprised too at how quickly they were able to complete the project: a full two days less than they initially thought. I'll be calling them again for future cleanings and maintenance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roof work.

It has been extremely pleasant working with Martin on doing an initial walkthrough of our needs. He was patient and very experienced and was able to help us get a good understanding of how to best install two skylights in the area we were interested in. He inspected the roof, attic space, and helped tape up the areas that would be potentially cut out for us to visualize better. We just signed and are looking forward to scheduling the project soon.

This spring we replaced the entire roof of our home in West Seattle. It was primarily a flat roof but also had areas that involved 3-tab. Their pricing was competitive. Phaedra was our project manager and worked diligently to get things done right. She, and everyone that worked on the project were competent and pleasant to work with and they cared about keeping our home clean & safe. They went above and beyond a number of times.
During the project a couple of areas were discovered which required repair work. The original quote stated this might be a possibility and clearly showed the rates for repairs that would be charged if found and approved. After signing a change order, the repairs were done quickly at the reasonable rates quoted. At completion they cleaned up everything and we could not have been happier with their work. We would recommend them to anyone, and we would use them again.

Clearly, reputation matters for this company and you can rely on them. They got the roof job nicely done by an experienced roofer. No problem on that. But I had a issue with them and their boss got to the bottom of the issue, nicely explained it to me what happened, rectify the issue and took measures to avoid this happening again by training the employees. Deeply appreciated and respect!

They were very professional & respectful of our home & property. They were meticulous regarding clean up of daily trash & nails.
Our roof was complicated, but they took their time to do it correctly.

Contacted Orca Roofing and Exteriors due to a leak in our roof top patio. Not only did they answer the phone at 8:30 AM on a rainy day, they sent someone out to repair the leak. A few weeks later, we had them come out and place a weather coating on the roof patio and they deducted what we had paid for the repair. Their communication is excellent and we received a quality product at a decent price. They communicate via email, text, and phone. Always easy to contact and get an answer. We recently had Ocra Roofing complete a roof cleaning project for us. I reached out on a Friday and was immediately called back by Macarena-, she did an excellent job explaining the process and next steps. After providing my address they were able to do a virtual assessment using GPS to determine my roof size and slope. From that information, Macarena called back the next day to provide a quote. Ocra offer a variety of times to schedule the cleaning, I chose what worked best for us. Ivan showed up on time the day of our cleaning and did an excellent job explaining the steps and approximate time it would take. He did an excellent job on the roof, removed the moss, applied a preventative, and cleaned up after his work was complete. He even hauled off his own waste bag with the moss that was removed. Overall 5 out of 5 from start to finish. Great service and quality work.

Wow! Orca Roofing saved me and my wife hundreds...and we didn't need a roof! Kaleb offered a minute of his time to help move my wife's car from in front of a tollaway zone. She drives a stick shift and I have no idea how to use that. She's been sick and unable to drive and I was in urgent in need of having the car to move. I felt bad. Ask him a favor or just anything while he was busy in work. But he was receptive and kind to do this and all he wanted in returned was a fist pound. This shows that this company hires some amazing people who care about the community and doing roofs is one thing but doing a good deed is also another thing. Thank you!

Our experience with ORCA for siding repair and replacement and installation of flat deck roofing was fantastic thanks to Kaleb and the rest of Peter's crew. Kaleb and Damien were nice to have around, extremely hard workers, thoughtful, responsive, and just generally exceeded our expectations.

We were extremely satisfied with Orca and so pleased that a neighbor had recommended them to us. From the quote process through determining the extent of our garage roof problem and completion of the work, we were kept informed of what was needed. Peter and Damien were exceptional and the quality of work and communication was outstanding. When we need our main roof replaced, we definitely know to call Orca Roofing & Exteriors.

If you are a fellow homeowner, stressed over picking a good company to repair or replace your roof, Orca roofing should be your first call. They send out inspectors (Ryann and Pete) who know what they are doing, they spend the time needed to get a good work order written, and they researched fixes. Ryan and Pete made me feel validated and calm in a hard situation. Orca roofing didn't make the mistakes, they were fixing the mistakes on our brand new roof that was poorly installed by Forever Roofing. When Forever Roofing refused to admit they caused a lead that led to mold and water damage, and they refused to appropriately fix a leaky bvent and surrounding roof, we knew we needed to find a good company to really fix it and see what other mistakes had been made on our brand new (14 months) roof. Ryan spend an hour climbing around our attic and roof, assessing the mistakes, but also showing that all was not lost. Ryan carefully assessed the rafters with me, climbing around blown-in insulation during a hot day. He identified the exposed nails outside, and even had caulk in his car to make some quick fixes. Ryan wrote up a work order accurately conveyed his promises to the fixing team, Pete and Fadra! (yes, that is rare among sales/inspection and working teams). Pete and Fadra did a great job not only fixing the damage thoroughly, but showing pictures of how the water was getting in. Later we had Pete over to access the poorly done ridge vent and lower soffit roof vents. He actually researched what the shingle company recommended for ventilation numbers. Pete knew that we couldn't get the room finished until we had the right air flow. He spent hours on Saturday to get the square inches of lower and upper ventilation measured, which took hours due to the jagged cuts done by Forever Roofing. He also wrote a clear work order for Damien, the amazing guy who re-cut the plywood and replaced the ridge vent.
We went through all this hell, have spend 7 months gutting and refinishing an attic bedroom, because we took a low bid from a company that looked good on the reviews and could fit us in quickly. I really wish I had found Orca roofing when we needed to replace our roof, we wouldn't have lost over 7 months to upheaval and costly inside repairs. Instead I was too impatient and took the cheap roof with another company. So I lost out on Orca Roofing's great warranty, higher quality, great customer service, and repair team. I have never spent to much time on a review, so that shows how much I appreciated Orca Roofing. Thanks team, including office manager Tatiana, who made sure I got the photos I needed :)

We needed our deck finished after original contractor had an accident early in the project. Contacted several contractors who took advantage of our situation and bid unrealistic $$ to complete the work. Then my wife decided to call on Orca Roofing and Exteriors given the positive experience we had with them when we replaced our roof.
Sure enough, Erick was as friendly as ever and more importantly responded by promptly sending one of his people to asses our needs. Not only was Peter friendly and knowledgeable, but he also listened to my technical concerns (I happen to be meticulous) and conveyed them to Eric who quickly put together a very reasonable bid that we quickly accepted.
We were sill concerned about end result until we met Andrew who was dispatched to do the work. Not only was Andrew knowledgeable he also addressed my concerns and now we have a nice deck to enjoy thanks to Orca and their team.
If you’re looking for solid workmanship and friendly folks who take the time to listen and address your concerns at a reasonable price, look no further. Very satisfied customer.

Orca replaced my roof last fall. It looks great and I get compliments on the appearance and quality. We had some challenges with the supplies deliveries which detracted a bit from the experience. It was atypical stuff and I just had some bad luck that way. Note that the roofing teams may not have an English speaking lead; you will need to use Google translate if issues arise or be connected with someone else on the team who can serve as the bridge. I have to commend Amy, and the Orca team as a whole for their availability and responsiveness anytime I needed to reach them. That was very reassuring and that's how a good business operates. I recommend Orca and would hire them again for my roofing needs. 4.5/5

Not the cheapest but the benefits are worth it. They’re professional, worked with our timeline, were courteous & we received a quality roof replacement. The roofers did not smoke on our property & they kept the property as clean as possible. Update 8/2024: I needed their help quick for another house that had a roof leak. They came out after business hours, stopped the leak & came back for a permanent repair promptly. Boris was great with communication from start to finish. Phaedra was a pleasure to work with & her work on the roof was excellent & thorough. I have recommended Orca several times.

We used this company to install anchors on our roof for the PUD. Their prices were reasonable, they were fast to complete the work, and the employees were very nice and easy to work with!

Orca under promised and over delivered every step on the way, i wish we needed a roof more often then every 10 years so we could use them again sooner. The whole experience was an absolute dream. We talked to 7 roofing companies and ORCA was far and away the best option all aspects of service.

We had a great experience with Orca Roofing. Our rental property leaked during the snow and we decided to replace the whole roof. They showed up a week early due to an opening in their schedule, removed the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned up in a matter of days. We will defiantly use them again if we have further roofing needs.

tl;dr - Orca roofing is great at planning, executing and communicating at every step of a project. 10/10 recommend.

I have only good things to say about Orca roofing and their execution of the project to replace the PVC membrane roof on my garage. With the project being completed, I am left with a sense of satisfaction and trust with the job they have done - peace of mind at a job well done.

When I originally contacted Orca to get an estimate, Erik (the owner) came by and used a drone to capture photos and videos of every part of the roofs (main house and garage) and walked me through the parts that needed replacement, and the sections that he said were still good. This was a great interaction, without the 'car salesmanship' you typically associate with an estimator visit - you know, "everything is broken", "who did such a bad job" etc. He said he'd be in touch with me to send me the estimate shortly.

I heard from Amy from the company shortly thereafter with the estimate, with some included optional extras. What was great to see was the detail in the estimate, without any sticker shock. Amongst the various other estimates I obtained, Orca seemed the most fair. It helped that I felt comfortable with both Erik and Amy at this point, as they were both very prompt in communication.

With the supply chain shortages resulting from the pandemic, it took a few months till the membrane and sloping underlay were available. In this time, we heard from Amy multiple times reassuring us that we were on their schedule and that the ordered items were due to arrive soon. Once they arrived, Amy reached out promptly to schedule installation - the first time, we declined a date she proposed since we were busy with other things, she was flexible enough to get us on the calendar soon thereafter.

When the date of installation was set, I was also told that Alex from their company would be installing the roof. This is great - so many companies work with subcontractors, being unable to control the quality and timeliness of work. It's good to see Orca have their own crews as their own employees.

On the date of install, Alex arrived with an assistant and were very efficient with the teardown of the old roof, install of the new roof and cleanup afterwards. I honestly am very impressed with the work Alex performed - his work ethic is laudable as is his customer relationship skills (I felt at ease working with him over the course of the 2 day install). Erik also dropped by at the end of each day to ensure that all necessary materials were available, and that Alex knew what he was doing.

Post-install, the roof has been functioning very well. It's tricky to find skilled roofers for low-pitch membrane roofs, and I feel lucky to have had Orca help us out with our roof. I will be gladly pointing anyone I know their way.

As I stated at the outset of the review, I recommend Orca 10/10. This is not a paid review, nor am I incentivized to write them a good review (there is no shady discount for this, as I've seen some other service professionals do); this is just a genuinely feel-good review about how happy I am with Orca and how they aced every step of the project. The team at Orca Roofing provided us with excellent service when a branch punched a hole in the roof of our house. They were prompt and reasonable with their estimate. Best of all they scheduled a worker to come out two days from the time of the damage. The gentleman who did the work communicated with us about his arrival time. Once he was here he took care of everything from removing our temporary patching tarps to giving our roof a final complete inspection. He explained how he would do the patch and replace the shingles which he matched for color and style. He was an excellent representative for Orca and did an excellent job. We will use Orca Roofing in the future for any work we might need done. We highly recommend them.

These guys were fabulous. The communication was great, which is not always the case with any kind of construction related company. The owner was responsive, and even helped us with CCR’s just in case the HOA tried to get involved. They’re admin person Amy is amazing. The quality of work was fabulous.

Erik and his Orca Roofing team are amazing, they truly build quality roofs vs a quick roof. Orca crew foreman was awesome to work with and has over 18 years of experience installing Roofs.

I am an engineer and did a ton of research on roofing systems and the best installations process. Most roofers sell you, but the installation crew does a poor job. Roofers can cut corners to save time and money. Orca Roofing is different.

Great communication, honesty, integrity, and easy person to work with. I went with a smaller company that had less then three crews where the owner cares and pays attention to customers.

They do it the right way including metal flashings, nails, skylights, ice and water shield, underlayment's, ventilations, hips, ridges, metal vents and CDX plywood. I watched the whole process and took notes and made sure they installed it to spec. I was amazed the quality and time they took to do it correctly.

I then hired an independent roofing inspector to review the workmanship. He said in his years of inspecting roofs this is one of the few who had ZERO problems.

Roofs are a large investment and I recommend somebody who can do it the correct way the first time around. Because they are small and focus on quality, they do seem to have a wait time but well worth it.

I wanted Owens Corning vs CertainTeed but that is a personal choice.

Erik and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Very responsive and willing to work with us to get a roof we were happy with. So pleased with the final result. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

Let me start off by saying that I have never replaced a roof, or knew much about roofs before I engaged in my search of a quality roofing company. After receiving multiple quotes and speaking with several companies I found a wide range of pricing along with various products. There are budget and premium Cadillac roofing companies, but I am so glad that I decided to go with Orca Roofing. I consider them the Tesla of roofers!

Dealing with Erik from Orca Roofing was so refreshing! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and process and uses the latest high tech gear throughout the process. The picture taking drone and remote controlled dumpster were very cool! As I compared quotes it was very apparent that I received premium products and installation far, far less than other "Cadillac" roofer prices with better quality products.

It was so refreshing to deal with a contractor that treats you with importance and respect! Erik was extremely attentive, punctual and he followed through on everything as planned. The prices and products I received were what was included in my quote, there was no upselling or backtracking from my quote. From installation to clean up I was extremely pleased and my yard was probably left cleaner than pre-install.

I would give Orca Roofing 10 stars if I could! I encourage anyone in need of a new roof to do yourself a favor and to include Orca Roofing in your list of possible roofers. I am sure that you will be pleased like me and find that you are getting great service, products and pricing.
