The guys from On Time Insulation did a great job removing the old blown-in cellulose insulation and random fiberglass batts from our attic in prep for new insulation. They were thoughtful and took the time to put down plastic, protecting the house from dust. They cleaned up afterwards, leaving the attic access room cleaner than it started. So thankful that I used them.

Stellar work from the start with the estimate and options: Marcos provided the best options and worked within my budget. Then came the crew who worked for 2 days, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up. I have had problems with contractors doing poor work and/or running with my money. You can trust OnTime insulation for a job well done.

We had such great work done from on time insulation, inc. We didn’t think we could get it done this year because the other two estimates we got was so costly, but when we got an estimate from On-Time Insulation, Inc. It saved us so much money that we had the work done with-in a month.

We contracted with On Time to have our blown-in cellulose insulation removed so we could install flooring in our attic. Marco did the initial visit and was very informative and gave several options and ideas for our attic in general (for the job, and for the future). The team that did the work was Nathan and Jack (spelling?) and they were great. Both were professional, respectful, and personable. I was expecting them to vacuum 80-90% of the cellulose off of the fiberglass below it, and it ended up being closer to 97-98%, including some difficult to reach areas. They had me do a quick check before they packed up, which I appreciated. I would definitely work with these guys again. The only feedback I have is that it was tough to nail down a date for the work and I had to follow-up a few times, but the job was done within 2 weeks of the estimate, which was totally reasonable.

We recently contracted On Time Insulation for insulating services in our new addition - the owner Marco was extremely professional, polite and courteous, walking my husband thru what to expect during the process of the job - the crew that came was very thorough, respectful of our property, and took the time to be sure there was complete coverage, of the high density spray foam insulation throughout the new addition - all in all we were extremely happy with the service, and final product - we highly recommend On Time Insulation Services, for all of your insulation needs

Our experience was great, they really went above and beyond. Very competitive pricing with a lot of added value from the other contractors. They managed everything with the project, and left our space cleaner than before they started. They provided innovative solutions to our insulation needs.

Marco’s team was truly top notch! It’s so difficult to hire someone based on a Google search but I’m so happy it worked out so well. From the moment Marco shared his capabilities I felt confident to hire his team. For a reasonable extra fee they did a great job patching the holes. They cleaned up afterwards and the guys even mopped the floor. Ultimately the condo is warmer and the goal achieved!

I reached out to a couple places for closed cell insulation to replace some existing fiberglass and go over some concrete walls in my basement and it was clear that this company was the ones to go with. Marco, the owner, was punctual, thoughtful and thorough with his quote. He worked with me on my vision for the project all the way through. When it came time to booking him, that was also easy. His team was polite and professional and the insulation application was extremely neat and tidy. In places where the foam would be visible we asked them to make it as wall-like as possible and they did exactly that. They left nothing behind and everything was organized and efficient. Very pleased, spray foamed my unheated basement in Hopkinton. The temperature in the basement went up 10 degrees a day later, without any heat. It will help keep out pest and nowhere for mice to hide. Price was very affordable. A great option if you wish to finish a basement area.

Marco & his team did an amazing job removing the existing stone wool insulation and installing hybrid open/closed cell spray foam insulation in our home's attic.
There was a long wait time for booking the installation due to the summer heat, but once they came the installation process was quick and done meticulously, and the area now feels like a totally different space. Highly recommended!

On to phase 3 of insulating my home with On Time Insulation. Phase 3 involved removing Sheetrock and exterior wall of kitchen. On Time insulation came in one day to spray the interior and exterior walls.

The technicians were efficient and prepped the house from overspray. My concerns have always been odor and off gas. With On Time insulation, neither were an issue.

Now our house is fully insulated and I cannot begin to tell you how our quality of life in the house has improved. Our utility bills have come down significantly and we are able to be in our home comfortably. On Time insulation are responsible and never try to oversell. The value in this investment was twofold, both financially and in quality of life.

I've used OnTime insulation a couple of times at my house. Both times I was very satisfied with the work performed amd the end results. Just in time for the big freeze in 2023, the team came out and carefully taped plastic sheet on the floors, then sprayed insulation into the 3 sections of the cape-style attic and under the front foyer. They worked hard all day, used a venting system, cleaned up everything, and put back the siding removed for access under the foyer - a complete job. Marco explained his recommendations clearly as well as the installation process - no surprises. The new insulation is keeping this old house nice and warm ... and noticeably less drafty!

The scope of work included closed cell foam spray in my attic and in my basement. I was very concerned about odor from the foam because I’m quite sensitive to smells, but when I walked into my home there was minimal odor. My attic has windows and basement a door, so they offered good ventilation. Marco assured me the smell would be minimal, and he wasn’t lying.

Marco communicated via phone and text every step of the way from consultation to scheduling, and through completion of the project. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

The crew who performed the work went above and beyond. They prepped the basement with care draping everything I had moved away from the walls, pulled up all of the rugs they would be walking over throughout the home, and cleaned up very nicely. You don’t always get contractors who do that, so they stand out.

All and all, I’m adding my experience to the 5 star rating. Very pleased.

With winter fast approaching we were anxious to get our attic insulated ASAP. Marco's team worked on Sunday to fit us in. Unlike the company who did my daughters house and underfilled her bays with closed cell, Marco gave us thicker than contracted layers, thoroughly protected floors/outlets etc and cleaned up afterwards. My experience with OnTime is one of the best I have had with a trade contractor. I built my house 12 years ago. Then I did closed form insulation outer parameter of the livable space, but no insulation for the attic roof (big mistake). So I decided to remedy that and got quotes from 4 insulation providers. My attic is complicated with dormers, overhangs, and partial cathedral ceilings. Marco did a thorough inspection and found areas that require insulation that others did not notice. He also had the lowest quote. (Get multiple quotes as one quote was 2x more than Maroc's using exactly the same method/materials!) Once I gave him the job, he kept me updated on when he will come to do the job. When they arrived, they took time to secure the place and explain to me exactly what they would do and what we should and should not be doing while they are working (as spay form emits toxic gas). They worked quickly. I was really happy with their workmanship. I will recommend Marco and his team to anyone.

We have an older home and I needed to supplement the attic insulation. I called OnTime looking for some general information. Marco was at the house several hours later providing a very reasonable quote that included insulating the sill, something that I didn't even realize would make a difference.

He answered all my questions about open cell foam insulation and put me at ease that it was the right product for my needs. The job was scheduled. They were on time, worried about protecting the house and minimizing the need for cleanup.
