Onpoint Property Restoration

My basement got flooded after my sump pump broke. Onpoint Property Restoration came to the rescue, they did the mitigation and restoration of our basement. They did a pretty good job. Jim’s crew is phenomenal. One of the best. They got out life back to normal. Jim is a good man, honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you need them for your basement restoration.

We had a minor flood in our basement. OnPoint came out within a couple of hours and removed the bulk of the water. This was late on a Sunday evening. They set up their fans and dried out virtually all of the other water. We have a completely finished basement and it is much more like a family room. Unfortunately our walls sucked up some of the water. OnPoint works with various contractors and they removed the damaged drywall and the damaged carpet padding and then did another couple of days of drying of the interior of the walls. OnPoint prepared our walls and added the necessary new carpet padding and painted our walls and replaced our Carpeting and it looks virtually exactly like it did prior to the damage. Hats off to OnPoint Property Restoration!

Tim and Noah went above and beyond! Tim and Noah went above and beyand! They drove an hour and a 1/2 to come and evaluate an estimate, the damage from a leak in my home. This was after finishing up a job at 8 o'clock at night.
They didn't leave my home until I knew exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They returned the next day, quickly set up the equipment.
They did everything that they said they would do. When they were done. They put everything in my home back like it was before they started. What made this release special is that they are great human beings! ... Kind, funny, professional.... I wish more business people provided the same type of conscientious service. I hated that I needed them but so glad that it was Tim and Noah that showed up.

We came home to a water soaked house after a pipe had burst in our upstairs bathroom. Flooding out half our main floor and the entire finished basement. Being late on a Saturday, I called multiple restoration companies claiming to be 24 hours with no response. Jim from OnPoint called me back right away and had his team deployed to my house very quickly. They handled everything with care from extracting water and drying down the house, removing our personal items and furniture, demolition, drywall and trim, new cabinets, and flooring. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional in both the handling of the construction and the insurance claim process. Their communication and performance was outstanding from beginning to end. Jim and the OnPoint crew were true lifesavers!

We would highly recommend Jim and his crew for any property restoration issues you may have. After the unfortunate situation of our main water pipe coming into our basement breaking and flooding our basement while we were out of town we had to call someone. Jim came out late at night on a weekend and started the clean up process immediately. He worked with our insurance adjuster and got us all set up with repairs. He kept us well informed of everything we needed to do even though we could'nt be there in person.

The entire process of my water damage restoration was professional and knowledgeable. Every aspect was explained beforehand. Any and all questions were addressed and dealth with. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. I highly recomend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.

Wow.. this is the A+ team to work with ... clear communication , responsive to concerns, on time , on task and completed when estimated to be done. "We hope to never see them again", but if another need/crisis arises it will be one easy phone call!

My roof started leaking on a Friday night and I was sooo worried I was going have to wait until Monday to get someone over to fix it! I called Onpoint and they were there within a few hours. They tarped my roof and then made quick plans to come fix the roof and ceiling. Everyone was professional and kind. The job was done well and done quickly! Would recommend to anyone.

Blown away at the quality of work this crew produces and how easy they are to work with.
Background: Water leaks from the roof and foundation ruined a section of the house (i.e. mud room, stairs and basement, bathroom) and after mitigation, they put out it all back (way better than original and beyond expectations).
Bottom line: Simply Amazing! The only downside is that now the rest of my house looks to need a facelift to be worthy /match the newly repaired rooms.
