I can not recommend this company enough. From start to finish has been one of the best experiences I have had with a company. I noticed a small leak in my bathroom during a major storm. Was recommended On Top Roofing as someone to call to have it fixed. I gave them a call thinking I would have to deal with it for a week or two and within 2 hours Jacob was knocking on my door. We just had tornados in our area two days ago so you’d figured they would be slammed busy and they WERE, but they made the time to stop by and look at my little problem comparably to others. Jacob had my issue fixed in less than 30 minutes and was on his way. He even gave me a free inspection of my roof when he was fixing my problem and gave me a step by step break down of anything he saw. If you need anything that deals with your roof you need to call these guys ASAP. Thank you Jacob again!

Derik was recommended to me in 2022 when I was searching for help with an insurance claim for hail damage. After getting multiple quotes, I was impressed with his attentiveness and expertise. Not only did he assist with the claim to completion, but he also identified mistakes from other roofers involving missing flashing & the wrong shingles used on a flat roof addition. It is clear Derik has a deep understanding of roofing systems & knowing the replacement was done right this time will ensure the new roof will be both functional and durable to last.
I recently worked with Derik a second time and I can’t say enough about his expertise! I could never pinpoint the issue of a leak in my addition during heavy rains. We are very pleased with our experience with On Top Roofing. On Top Roofing is amazing for all your roofing needs. They were the second contractor I had to work with as the first did nothing. OTR came in and listened to my needs after a storm ripped off sections of shingles and worked with me and my very difficult insurance company. It took over a year to get approval for a full roof replacement but OTR stuck with me gave me all the ins and outs to get make it through all the hops that Insurance was putting up and got that approval. Derrick told me to trust him and the process was very up front and worked with me through everything. Now I have a new roof that looks AMAZING and a go to roofing contractor. Even after the install they not only cleaned up everything they had a secondary group come out to make sure nothing was left behind including those pesky nails that everyone fears will end up in pets paws or our tires, they were very much on top of everything.I live in IN and it can be difficult working through insurance claims but OTR stayed with me , helped around every coroner, and kept it 100% transparent with every step all the way to the end.
