We had Dallas and his team put a new roof on our home, along with new fascia, shake and gutters. We decided to go with him over another local company because of his incredible customer service. His crews were busy after the March 2025 storm, but he still treated us as though he wanted and appreciated our business. He helped us choose the best shingles and colors, and did the work sooner than expected. His customer service is impeccable, he kept us updated consistently throughout the process, even before it began. We had three different crews come to our house, first for the roof, then the gutters and then the fascia and shake. All of his crews were professional and busted their tails to complete the work, and they did it well. Dallas worked with our insurance company, going above and beyond to help us with something that frankly was our issue, not his. He was friendly, genuine and respectful of our time and money. You can't go wrong choosing this company.

I love them. Plain and simple. My house looks so good! I had a lot of hail damage. They replaced the roof, siding, soffit, and gutters. All complete in 3 days. His team are machines. Communication is amazing. Dallas was patient with my insurance company being a little slow on the final payment and I absolutely appreciated that! I could text Dallas at any time and he responds. When the hail storm damage in March required a complete new roof, gutters and downspouts we used Dallas Beaver, owner of Leave It To Beaver Roofing, for all repairs. Dallas consulted with us, told us what was needed, what his team would do and his team did what he said.

What set his company apart from others was:
- He listened and provided options available with his
recommendation rather than a sales pitch
- He provided samples of all materials and why he used them
- He reviewed the Insurance adjustor report for omissions or
corrections
- He was the liaison to our insurance agent/company and
provided them photo documentation of all needs and repairs
- After shingle tear off he inspected roof decking for other
potential issues
- His installer team used a minimum of 5 nails per shingle
- He replaced the step flashing to match the new roof edging, as
well as installed new "lifetime" vent boots without request or
added cost
- He or his #2 were on site consistently and inspected
workmanship, and clean up
- He actually answers his phone or replies quickly to a text. We
never found ourselves waiting around to hear back from him
- Exceptionally timely. Started two weeks after commitment, roof
done two days later and gutters/downspouts two days after
that

We would not hesitate to work with him again if needed. The work quality is excellent, he has an engaging personality, and is sincere about delivering what he states as a small business owner.

We had gutters installed recently and could not be happier with the result & price. Requested a quote for the gutters during the summer and the owner was out the next day to do it. It took us awhile to move forward (from June to March) with installation due to other financial responsibilities we had, but when we did request installation they moved on like the estimate was just a few days old. In less than a week, supplies obtained and installed. As I write this review, our area is expecting historic rain totals and I feel more confident that our basement will not take on water than I have in years.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish!
We had hail damage in the spring of last year and received several quotes from local roofing companies. Not only was Leave It to Beaver the best value, ($8,000 less than Andes!), but they had the best reviews.
Dallas was a super star. He communicated with us through the entire process. There were even a couple of issues with some "dead valleys" that Dallas addressed and fixed for super cheap. I can't say enough good things about the communication we received.
Flash forward to this year and we uncovered some additional issues with our vinyl siding. Dallas was one phone call away. He addressed the issue and fixed it the SAME DAY!

These guys did a great job on a roof repair which then expanding into adding wood siding, trim, soffit, gutters, etc. Very knowledgeable, quick response and turn-around time, attention to detail, trustworthy, etc. All of those attributes that can be difficult to find these days. Great service and quality work/product. We had double layer singles when we moved in that hid alot of decking issues. They were able to complete our project in 2 days replacing over 400ft of decking and eliminating 12 old box vents and installing a new ridge vent. I would recommend Dallas and his crew to anyone looking to get a new roof. Very reasonable pricing compared to all of the drive by roofers that try to price gouge you on the smallest thing to support their massive overheads. They don't subcontract out and leave you hanging either, their is always a project manager on site for you to interface with should anything arise. 11/10

Our house was hit by a tornado in April 2024 which required us to replace the roof, siding, and gutters among other things. Let me tell you, dealing with insurance is miserable, and became a part-time job for me. On top of that we still had to find a trustworthy company to complete the work.

After the tornado our neighborhood was crawling with roofing and restoration companies offering their services. To their credit, they did arrive with trucks full of workers and trailers full of tarps that were used to secure and protect damaged homes, at no cost. We received a stack of business cards that night, so we called a few to get quotes. None of the companies gave us the “warm and fuzzys,” and most made us feel like we were going to be taken advantage of which was even more frustrating.

One night I remembered that my family members old neighbor owned a roofing company, Leave it to Beaver Roofing. From the first conversation I had with Dallas, I knew he operated his business completely different that other companies. The day he came out to look at our property he called to check-in and let me know he was on track to be at our house at the scheduled time. During his visit he thoroughly explain the scope of work that he was quoting as well as the extra steps he takes to provide his customers with a superior quality product. His willingness to talk through everything made me feel confident in his ability to get the job done right. Dallas emailed us his quote within hours of being at our house (to this day, we have not received quotes from 2 of the companies that came out within days of the tornado). The quote included optional upgrades with pricing, giving up options.

We were not ready to sign a contract to begin repairs because we were still going back and forth with our insurance company, which dragged out for 6 weeks. During this time Dallas was great! He continued to answer our questions, dropped off samples and provided pictures/addresses of his jobs so we could see different colors and styles in person. He never pressured us into committing before we were ready. Once we gave Dallas the go-ahead things moved quickly. He let us know ahead of time what to expect on the day they replaced our roof.

I was particularly impressed with their commitment to protecting my property during the installation process. They meticulously tarped the perimeter of my property to prevent any damage and conducted a thorough clean-up once the job was completed. Dallas was onsite throughout the day and provided regular updates of their progress with pictures. Ultimately the respect they have for their customers truly set them apart from other roofing companies. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on my roof and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Working with Leave It To Beaver Roofing was amazing! I was able to contact Dallas just after being told about storm damage by our neighbor. Dallas set us an appointment to see what we had going on and was prompt and helpful. We got our roof replacement approved by insurance with the help of Dallas. Upon approval, we went to his new office to pick out our color choice as well as upgrades. We were scheduled very quickly and the crew did the entire job (from dumpster and product delivery to installation and cleanup) in one day. 5 star experience all around!

What started as a soffit repair ended up an entire roof. Dallas came out and gave me an estimate with photos of all of the bad areas. He was very patient as I got two more estimates, but his pricing (which included the wood sheathing we would need to replace in areas) and his reputation won the job. Our home was destroyed by hail damage. I knew of nobody to call and my daughter suggested Leave it to Beaver Roofing as they are friends of her and my son in law. The owner , Dallas , came out that very day to look at our roof . Dallas came out a second time to help us with virtual inspection with the insurance company. He helped point out all the damages that might have been overlooked by the insurance company, including roof, gutters, siding , garage overhead door, windows and collateral damage. We are still waiting for a response from the insurance company on a match for our siding, as it is faded, there is no match to repair. Leave it Beaver Roofing will also be repairing or replacing our siding as soon as insurance company makes a decision on the siding. I contacted Leave It To Beaver Roofing for my daddy, whom unfortunately got taken advantage of from another roofing company [they took insurance money and never returned], and in that process his roof was torn apart without appropriate protection until the roof could be repaired. Leave It To Beaver Roofing was professional, prompt, and provided him with honest feedback during the consultation. Jake was the man to complete the consultation and took the additional time to notify me via telephone about the results after already speaking to my daddy, that is much appreciated. Had some roof damage from a series of storms. They had guys out immediately to tarp my roof to prevent further damage and eventually ended up replacing the entire roof. Leave It To Beaver Roofing was the first contractor to check on us after a wind storm took several (40-50) shingles from our roof and left decking exposed. Dallas, the company owner, quickly assessed the damage. Dallas helped us navigate the insurance process from start to finish and managed our expectations to perfection. Everything happened exactly as he estimated it would even with a few surprises once roofing was removed. When the crew arrived, they worked non-stop. I am writing this review for my parents who had their roof replaced by Leave it to Beaver Roofing. They are absolutely thrilled with their new roof and I must agree it is beautiful! They were so impressed with the professionalism and the impeccable workmanship of this company. Owner was extremely fast, responsive and efficient in getting my roof fixed after a tree branch had pierced the roof from a wind storm. Turn around time was less than 48 hours from phone call to having it completely fixed!

So we had a roof put on after some hail damage and after an excruciating time of dealing with the insurance he was very Patient and understanding. We are still actively fighting with the insurance company for them to send the check out but he was never once rude or out of line about any of it even after work was completed and he needed to be paid off. All he asked to be updated which we did do. I will definitly be referring him to anyone and everyone. Cant find good customer service and quality work at the same time but this place provided it. This company told me I need a total roofing system, second and third opinion said otherwise, only repairs needed. When I reviewed on Facebook saying to get a second opinion I was verbally attacked by Dallas and his friends and family on the phone, my dms and on Facebook, I had to get my son involved to get them to stop! he said I reviewed him only because of his high price when I clearly said it was because I was told by two people a total roofing system was not needed! Again I will say get second opinion!!

Fantastic folks! Beautiful job! Highest level of professionalism. And everything done so quickly, too. They pulled off an full roof replacement on our 3,000 sf home in less than 2 days, and left the job site looking totally pristine when they left. Amazing! I'd definitely recommend them every time!

We absolutely love our roof that was installed by Leave it to Beaver Roofing. I highly recommend using them. The owner, Dallas, is extremely professional and quick to answer all of your questions. This was our first time having roofing work done using insurance and Dallas was there to thoroughly explain every step of the process, and remained in constant contact to provide us updates. His crew is also extremely professional and do great quality work at a fast pace. Since the completion of our new roof many of our neighbors have commented on how great it looks, how quickly it was completed, and say that they wish they had used Leave it to Beaver Roofing as well.

I had Dallas and his crew put a new roof on my house. Even with several layers being removed and all new decking the job was still done fast, professional, and within budget. The crew left no sign of being there and even rolled magnets around the house. I'm very pleased with my new roof.
