Olson's Ace Hardware - Coffeyville, KS

Best service of any hardware store I have ever been in, by far! Great attitudes, people, products, and selection! If you can't find it in this store, make sure to ask because you probably just overlooked it! Make sure if you need help with a project or just need advice on which product works best, or need help to pick out the perfect gift(they have plenty to pick from) for the handyperson in your life!
Be sure to go to Olson's Ace Hardware if you're in Coffeyville Kansas or traveling through! Especially if something broke or even if you broke it and want to fix it before anyone else knows it was broken! They are THE BEST!!

Recently I was looking for pool shock and saw Ace had it on sale for 2.99. When I put it in my cart it said it would be available the next day. The next day I saw some prices but not that particular one so I called before driving and they said yes it was on sale. I have to admit she didn't sound like she knew or cared to be bothered. I'm sure she was "extremely " busy. Well after driving 25 miles to pick it up it was 3 times the sale price. I hadn't lived in this area in a while but where I lived the Ace Store was helpful and friendly. Needless to say this store lost a prospective customer.

Olson's has a great selection for everything! Plumbing, electrical, lawn & garden, hardware...everything! Also there are some great employees that help you find what you're looking for!

Prices seem a little bit high but it's a nice store with a lot of choices on everything and knowledgeable employees.

Good old-fashioned hardware stores are hard to find they're a Dying Breed they have tons of knowledge that you can't read through a book they're very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied and find what you need good place to go

They have a little bit of everything and you couldn't ask for better customer service I would recommend them to everyone I know and anyone that asked.

For some reason UPS put a sticker over the label of my package saying it was for here! The staff was very helpful in looking for it for me. It was in the office of the (owner?) He was very nice about having kept it for me. He opened it(he had every right it said it was his) and was rightfully confused. Rest of long story short he peeled back the label and saw my name and address. He was so nice and helpful. Made my day

Since my previous review I have to give one less friendly. I went in today to get yet another package UPS left there. UPS says it was delivered to this store on 6/8/2023 at 11:38 a.m. to Dillon at the front counter. I go to pick it up today as I was out of town yesterday. No one could find it. No one had a clue what I was talking about! This is the third time this week I made a trip to town to pick up packages. The other times they were given to me. Of course I am frustrated and tired of asking everyone in there about it. One young lady was courteous enough to at least write down my phone number and name and tell me she would call me if it was found.
UPS no help other than repeatedly sending me the info on the delivery.
Cant talk to a human at Amazon. So....here I sit wondering where my package is that nobody can find. Very disgusted and disappointed!

Mom and pop owned store! Friendly service and a variety of home needs, everything from plumbing, electrical, cleaning and decor! Something for everyone.

Very helpful employee's dont recommend having keys copied there had problems both times. Found out they couldn't even make copies of the travel trailer key. Did get a refund.

Very informative and always professional. For being the friendly neighborhood hardware store, they seem to have everything I need. Plus they have me a benefits card and they send sales through the mail and email. Get the app and you'll save.

Upon entry of the store, I am always wonderfully assisted. They always have ideas and stretch they're experience and opinions to solve ones issues. I would NOT go to independence KS or bartlesville. I really prefer their store environment and employees.
Thanks to them, I was longing to correct issues with my sound studio set up and needed corrections for the screen and piano equipment, my ramp for the disabled to my home, and my new kitchen appliances. alongside all the projects which they were knowledgeable and utilized each others knowledge admiting to the fact when in doubts, or lacks of understanding.
