I would like to express a for Oakland Homes.
In 2011 we moved into our first NEW home we ever own.
Justin was our general contractor. He and his team did an outstanding job. At the time we lived an hour and a half away from the home being constructed for us.
Everything went so well and last year we moved into our newly constructed home built by Oakland Homes.
I don’t see a new home in the near future but when that time comes you can bet it will be built by Oakland Homes.

Oakland Homes built our house in 2021 and did an amazing job! They were focused on high quality work from the beginning of the process. High craftsmanship is the standard with these guys and it shows. We had our home inspected by an independent inspector after 1 year of owning this home and they said that this was one of the best built homes they had seen. Very High Quality!

After looking at a large number of homes and talking with various builders, it was a pleasant surprise working with Oakland Homes. They're down to earth, know what they're doing, and listen well. The quality they put into their homes is obvious and we've been fortunate to have one of the homes they built. The moving process is stressful, and it was a relief to know we were in good hands as we moved in and started living in the home and community. They're a builder who stands behind their workmanship and it's obvious building good homes is important to them. We would highly recommend!

If you are looking to build your dream home, you will not find a better company than Oakland Homes! Their attention to detail was a priority and expected of all involved. They utilize a great team of dedicated subcontractors. The response time and communications exceeded expectations 100% of the time. Justin was always conscious of budget but offered options when appropriate with no pressure. Nikki and Amber we're great to work with offering excellent direction for finishes and fixtures. We enjoyed the time they took to "shop" with us. The selection and construction process was completed in just over 6 months. All around a fantastic builder!

Justin and Nikki built us a house recently and we are so impressed with the attention to detail and the support. Everything from working on plans with us, to budget, to meetings in the evenings. We seriously could not be HAPPIER they did an amazing job, we came in under budget and ahead of schedule. If you need a house built that is of the highest quality this is your team.
