We found out one of spigot pipes had burst and needed it replaced. We live in a semi remote area and before contacting Prairie Sons I tired 5 others who said they did not service the area.
I was getting pretty fed up but tried one more and that was Prairie Sons. They not only service this area they were able to get out the same day. They were out within a couple hours and got the pipe fixed. We will be using them again for sure in the future. Highly recommend them.

I have a 150-year-old house with 100-year old plumbing. Two other companies punted on fixing a leaking fixture. Took Prairie Sons twenty minutes.

Awesome customer service when our dishwasher sprung a leak a tech was able to come out within hours, found leak and disconnected old dishwasher.

We have used Prairie Sons for years for various repairs and service. We recently had our water heater replaced by them and was charged an extremely costly amount, thousands of dollars. But we paid them in full. We experienced low to no water pressure immediately and dealt with it for two weeks before calling them numerous times asking for a resolution. The same technician that installed the water heater came out and spent less than 5 MINUTES to find the issue was with our whole house filter. He angrily stormed out of our home and then sent us a bill for $140.00. The lack of customer service and the attitude of the technician will have us NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

We had preventive maintenance done on our furnace. The service tech, Michael called when he was on his way as requested. He was polite, cleaned and checked the furnace, and answered questions I had regarding the furnace we have. He was helpful and personable. It’s apparent that he likes his job and the company he works for.
Prairie Sons hasn’t disappointed us yet, and we love their $99 preseason clean and check.

Loved the visit by these folks. They came out and took about an hour to inspect and clean the furnace for winter usage. Would HIGHLY reccomend

The water valve for our refrigerator broke off from our pipe. PrairieSons was prompt with their communication and response. I had to shut water off to the house but thanks to PrairieSons, we had the water back on in 2 hours. I always have a great experience with PrairieSons!

Prairie Sons has always provided great, professional customer service. They have helped resolve the issues we were having and offered helpful maintenance advice. Over the years they have fixed our HVAC, water heater and plumbing.

We have had them check or repair several items in our home. They are always prompt and pleasant to work with. They aren’t crazy expensive either. Our recent repair was bathroom and the tech fixed it without doing as much as we thought it needed. We are very grateful for their service.

Brock came and replaced my electric water heater and did an excellent professional job. He did this while he was suffering from getting over west Nile disease. Above and beyond.

Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year. Our system needed to be replaced but there was a long lead time for the equipment. We were lent a portable AC unit that helped us survive. Our installer Dave was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly. We now have a new system in place and I would highly recommend Frank and PrarieSons.

Honest interaction related to cost of parts. The part could have been purchased cheaper through Amazon but would have meant another day or more without air conditioning.
