Nyhof Custom Gutter & Aluminum

I purchased a home that Nyhof had installed gutter helmets on. The previous owner re-roofed the home and reinstalled the helmets and in the process hacked them back together and reinstalled them improperly. After I purchased the home I contacted Nyhof. They could have easily walked away from the job as the warranty was voided, but instead they fixed the hack install and damaged pieces at a reasonable price. I also had them install a new gutter system on an outbuilding. Great work and to work with!

Joel the owner met me to discuss installing gutters on my home. He was professional and impressed me with his passion and ideas. When he left that day I thought we were both in the same page. I had other estimates but I trusted Joel and his team for the job. The next week his crew came and installed gutters on my home. I was not happy with the job performed. Joel came back twice 45 minutes one way to do his best to meet my needs. At the end of the day I am not a satisfied customer because of the lack of communion both ends. I am not familiar with gutter install which is why I hired out. Joel and I had an understanding I was going to trench all my gutters. My gutters were never cut long enough to the ground so now each gutter has a second piece on the bottom to reach the ground. I didn’t even bring this up to Joel cause I just expected it to be done and I was done wasting both our time and money. Joel will do his best to make you a satisfied customer; just know ahead of time what you want and ask the right questions so you leave no room for error. Thank you.
