These guys put a new roof on my mother's house. They did a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

They did a great job. Quick, efficient personable, took care of all the paperwork, reasonably priced. They even fixed a skylight for me for free which wasn't part of their work order. I highly recommend them.

Wow! This company went is exceptional! A quick call to Gerry Roberson who sent Rick Fink out. He got photos, and we got a quick estimate. The next Monday, a large crew came out and finished our 3 story (complicated) Victoria home with a beautiful new roof in 2 days. A few finishing touches tomorrow and voila, it's magic! They say they will be there and they actually will!!

The sales guy came by, did the measurement gave us a quote that was right in line with what was to be expected after a hurricane. NEVER asked what my insurance company was paying me. Got the supplies they needed had my new roof on in just a few hours and it was a whole roof replacement. They are lic. And insured and provided me a copy of both without me even having to ask. Clean up ALL the nails and any debris from the ground and gutters. And painted the exhausts to match the roof. Really can’t speak well enough on how they handled the job and them selves. I did ask what to do if there were any issues and he say “we make sure to do our BEST on every job because if we don’t we have to come back and fix it.” They have been doing roofing since 1968. They really are the best!”

I found Gerry & his team straight forward, clear and honest. They were clear in providing needed information in a timely manner, while exceeding our expectation at every point during the process. They are now our go-to roofing team.

Bought a 1926 Victorian with a pretty steep roof with several vallies and a old chimney that was causing a leak that needed nocked down. the roof needed to be completely repaired all new decking and some wood work as well. The roof had a layer of cedar shake asphalt than tin. After having my roof completely redone it looks like a new place the Turin is warped perfectly and Vallies look amazing. They got it done in a day and a half and the yard was cleaner when they left then it was when they came. The owner was really friendly and so was the site supervisor. I was really impressed. Thanks for a job well done.
Update. After doing such an amazing job on my roof I hired NSR again to do my siding and while they did a amazing job on my roof my siding is horrible it leaks around my windows and a couple other places texted the owner and no reply it has been maybe 2 and half years and already going to have to pay someone else to come fix my siding I paid 26,000 for Not happy at all. Around the doors and windows the J-channle looks like it is falling apart just really bad. After talking to other Home owners and contractors paying 26,000 dollars should have made the siding perfect considering it was only like 5 grand for materials

The team got here about 7:30 this morning and they were finished by 3:30 this afternoon. They worked fast and the new roof looks amazing. They cleaned up and put everything back where it belonged before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. These guys went way beyond expectation. The roof is great, had it on in one day. The clean up was superb. Couldn’t even tell they had ever been there other than our new beautiful roof.

Removed and replaced existing roof after experiencing wind and hail damage. The crew started early on a Monday morning and completed the job by early Tuesday afternoon a little over 60 squares of roofing or 6,000 square heyfeet. They were very efficient and careful to not injure any of the plants near the house. They cleaned up the debris and swept the yard with a magnet to collect any nails that may have fallen. I would highly recommend them if you need a roof replacement. They added a ridge vent instead of replacing the vent turbines because it is much more efficient. By the way, my first job was roofing and I can say these guys are good.

I used NSR to install a new metal roof on my home and could not he happier about the process and quality of the work. Gerry was very responsive to questions and requests that I had throughout the project. Troy and his team (installers) were also fantastic. They were very clean, accomodating, and efficient during the install. They were very detail oriented and I'm confident the job was done right. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a roof installed.

I had previously done business with Gerry when I worked for a property management company and we had some roofs replaced. I contacted Gerry for an estimate to replace shingles on a 2200 sq ft house and 1100 sq foot garage. Gerry came out the next day and by that evening had an estimate for me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We decided to go with a metal roof instead of using shingles again. Gerry quickly got me samples of the colors to choose from. Troy came out and did the measurements and they quickly got to work. A few days of thunderstorms put the work off but Gerry kept in contact with me and updated on the timeline. I could not have found a better price for the excellent job they did!!
The metal roof looks amazing. They kept everything tidy while they worked and everything was picked up when they were done. There are two dishes mounted to the roof which they had no problem removing and replacing to lay the metal. If you are looking for excellent work to include the cleanup at a very reasonable price then look no further!

I was COMPLETLY satisfied with Gerry and NSR Services on my roof replacement. Gerry helped me with everything from my initial insurance claim thru completion of the job! He answered every question I had throughout the job and took personal time to even help straighten out a small section guttering at the end! These guys are the best of the best! Gerry has an amazing attitude, and crew! They had our old roof off and new roof on in the same day! Great quality shingles. Im pretty sure my yard was more clean after the crew left than before they got there. My kids run around bare foot, the guys were quick to stop us and let us know they need shoes on if they would be outside. Jeff helped me with insurance paper work, he really didn't have to. These guys respond quick, there's no waiting around, they have an answer for every question you may have, and are sure to impress! Love my new roof! Great job guys!
