I was scared to go up on my roof. Had several local roofers give me extremely high quotes. After explaining I would need all my plywood replaced. Most local roofers kept giving advice to lay on top of our first layer. We didn’t want that.1 call to N. Limits they listened and gave me what we needed at most reasonable price. Everything new,with quality materials. Got awesome communication throughout the entire job. So pleased with everything we had to get windows and doors replaced. Our electric bill has been so much better since and they look great. This is the only Company I want to call.

Tim North and his crew did an amazing refinishing job on our basement. Once the job was finished my children spent all their free time downstairs in our remodeled and brand new living space. I would recommend Tim for any job.

Tim North of Northern Limits Home Improvements is simply top notch--an exceptional builder/contractor. We have used him for many projects over the past decade from small repairs to building a house for us. His work is superb, he uses only excellent sub-contractors, and his prices are fair and transparent. He is a terrific communicator and there is never a question or problem that doesn't get resolved. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I have used Northern Limits several times over the last 15 years from small projects to a complete full bathroom remodel. I could not be more pleased with the work. The projects were always done on schedule with no surprises or cost increases. I would recommend this company if you are looking for Home Improvement work, you will be glad you did. Tim did a awesome job with are new windows, doors, strip our old siding and installed new siding and gutters on our home in 2016. We have had him do other jobs at our home and rental property over the years. He is very easy to talk to and also gave us great options. His work was outstanding and kept to a schedule of when the work would be completed and on budget. I would highly recommend him.
