Responsive, courteous, and did an excellent job on our roof. Answered any questions we had, and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Went above and beyond to do the job. We would absolutely recommend Ilir without hesitation.

Ilir is the real deal. His customer service is top notch and provides quick response to emails & calls. I have a small leak in my house and he came out the next day to review and quote. We didn't connect on this repair but I will definitely be using him in the future! It's hard to find companies that provide this level of service and professionalism. A+

Ilir belongs to the top 10% of contractors who under promise and over deliver.
His team worked like a well oiled machine. They got to the job site first thing in the morning and delivered as promised. No excuses.
At the end of the 1st day, they left a safe and clean job site unlike a lot of professionals that runs home early to beat the traffic, leaving you to clean after them. I would hire Ilir for my next roof replacement.

My roof started leaking during heavy rain. I called him (dont remember his name but he was the owner) He came out 30 minutes later, went on my roof and made a temporary fix FREE (it was pouring out, never did business with him before) Several days later his workers came out and did a permanent fix - total cost? A mere $250. Now THAT is how you do customer service!!! My roof guy forever.

He fixed my roof leak free!! LOL. We are at 227 Darling st Torrington CT. I just discovered a drip coming though the ceiling of my kitchen right a light fixture. I called him because I say all the numerous 5 star reviews. Now I see why. He was at my place 15 minutes after I called. 20 minutes later the problem fixed. He was not going to charge me anything. I literally had to stuff $20 in his hand for him to take anything. Now that is what you call customer service!

UPDATE: called him back on 12/22/2021 and did some more work for me. Again - arrived in 20 minutes and did spectacular job. He looks and sounds just like Dino Velvatino in the movie 8MM LOL

Ilir is the BEST!!! He does a fabulous job for a reasonable price. Contractors like Ilir are rare and hard to find.

Ilir Construction did an absolutely beautiful job on our house addition. He & his team created the perfect master bedroom/bath for my husband and I. Awesome to work with and did not hesitate to offer better solutions for the job! Also wanted to mention, he & his team worked around my “then” health issues & created a sealed workspace to keep me healthy! Such a hard worker, great team members & just an absolute pleasure to work with. We’re very happy customers!

Ilir reconstructed a deteriorating portico for us from the foundation up (it came out beautiful!) He added an entry to our home, fixed our roof line to prevent leaks and some other jobs. He and his team are experienced in all facets of building which put us at ease. I wanted to add particular trim work to our portico and entry way and all I had to do was give him a picture of what I wanted. Strong, quality and clean workmanship.

Illir isn't just a contractor, he's an artist! The aesthetics of the result are only as impressive as the design.
