Right from the start Laszlo made this process simple, painless and straight forward. He explained everything that was needed for our patio to be done right and asked if we had any questions and listened to what we had concerns about. When the day came for digging and setting everything up he made sure we still had access and use of our yard still. A few days later he was all set to pour our patio and we couldn’t of asked for a better out come and he even added in some hand carved rock wall for us for better appearance which was a shock but a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend Northeast property construction to anyone looking for any type of concrete work you are thinking about doing, you will not be disappointed.

Northeast Property Construction Servics did a fantastic job pouring the concete for my barn project. Not only was the quality top notch, but they were able to get it done in a timely manner. This was a difficult feat in itself, given the uncooperative wet summer we had. They were always in communication with me throughout the process. The project was in a difficult area to access and right next to my horse pasture.
They were very respectful of my horses during the whole job. If I need any concrete or other construction work in the future, Northeast Property Construction Services will be my go to company without hesitation.

Laszlo and the team at Northeast removed an inground pool at my property. I found everyone very professional. Had some challenges with lots of rain but they were on top of the inspections and work to get it done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend and hire them again for other projects.

We had NorthEast come replace our concrete walkway and two sets of concrete steps with new stamped concrete. We did a diagonal ashlar slate stamped walkway with Italian stamped steps and it came out amazing. They did an amazing job and were by far the best and easiest contractor I worked with in a while. The end product for my project exceeded my expectations and I would recommend NorthEast for your next concrete project!

With colors ideas for our stamp concrete, quick to respond to calls and questions and did a great job on our 12x20 stamped concrete patio for our hot tub and new entertaining area! Highly recommend his business. Pleasure to work with.

Last August (2020) a crazy wind storm took down a large tree on our property -- blocking access to most of our backyard. Laz and his team were here the very next day to cut down and clear away the fallen tree and heavy debris. A few months later, we had his crew back to remove the remainder of the tree -- not an easy job, as it hovered over our barn, playscape, and vinyl fence. Zero issues! Laz and his crew were quick, reliable, and efficient. Our yard was restored and cleared with all the proper equipment in a safe and trustworthy manner.
