I deliver insolation to these guys. I’ve always had a good experience with the people I’ve had to deal with. Only reason for 4 stars is because to back in there dock there’s trucks everywhere can tend to be a pain to back in to..

They did a great job insulating our basement but on our return to our house after completion we found our basement window broken and we have texted their Salesman several time and called the office to be transferred to their sale person on our job with no resolution to our situation to add now they are not returning my text or calls. To bad we were going to get our attic done next but now it won’t be Collins and Company. Nice way to treat your customers guys.

Had them spray foam my shed gym. Sales guy was enthusiastic but they operations folks were worried about my gear, but they did an amazing job.

Keeps the outdoor metal shed nice and warm so far.

Getting our house insulated by Collins and Co was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

They installed insulation at the end of January, and I wrote the first draft of this review in February. I just didn't get to posting this until now, but they deserve this positive review, and we're still enjoying the better experience of the environment of our house with the added insulation--even in the warmer weather, now while our house holds the air conditioning in and stays cool! The people who work here really go above and beyond, while being super clear about, and extremely good at, what they do. They're knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled at what they do, they take pride in their work, and they care about your experience. These are some of the best takeaways here.

I researched and talked to several other companies before going with this one. I even looked into installing insulation in our house myself. And so when I talked with Greg from Collins and Co, I knew he knew what he was talking about. Greg was really great about answering all of my questions and addressing every one of my concerns before we moved forward (and afterward, too!), so I could move forward with confidence.

The company updated us about when the installers would be able to come. And when Damir and Abid came to install the insulation, they were amazing. They were so kind and good to talk to, so respectful of our house and, above all, so fantastically good at what they do. Their attention to detail, refined skill and obvious experience doing what they do, and interest in getting the job done right, all make them stand out to me. You don’t find these qualities in every contractor or person you hire to do a job. Everything you’d look for in the perfect people to hire to do something—to trust a job to, and your home to—these people had. I’ve always felt that whenever I hire people, I want the job done better than I could have easily done it myself. These guys definitely met my criteria. My wife and I actually enjoyed having them around for the three days it took to complete the job. And each day they left, they cleaned up after themselves and left our house feeling more comfortable than before due to the insulation that was installed that day.

Our experience of our house has been dramatically, obviously improved by the insulation they installed here. Before the added insulation, our house during the winter felt drafty and less home-like, and there was the almost constant noise of the heat turning on—because the heat was almost always on during the cold weather to keep the house just barely comfortable. Immediately after the insulation was installed—in the attic, the garage ceiling, the unfinished laundry room ceiling and concrete walls (see attached photos for one concrete wall before, during, and after they installed insulation), and under the stairs—my wife and I noticed the difference. Our house is cozy and warm during the winter now, and the heat is hardly ever on to keep it this way since the heat stays in the house.

Plus, we're already seeing a significant improvement in our energy bills (which I'm excited about since the energy bills were very high before). But we got so much more than energy savings from this. We got a home that feels so much more like a home. This investment has already paid off as far as we’re concerned. We’re very happy we chose to get insulation installed—and that we chose Collins and Co to do it!

This company did my insulation, gutters, fireplace and garage doors.

I had a lot of competitive bids against theirs and they were extremely reasonable as well as professional. If you've had unpleasant experiences with contractors, call these people for a different experience.

What a good company to work with. Paul came to my home to give me a price when he said. Chris handled calls. She was always efficient so sweet to work with. The men that came very pleasant, but better than that, they were vey efficient handling removing of siding, blowing in insulation, then closing. No marks on siding, must have had the right tools. They picked up everything.
