Roberto and his team are nothing short of amazing. Professional, CLEAN, the most reasonably priced around, and they do the job right. Their craftsmanship and diligence is something I would expect to pay twice for, but these guys are honest and don't price gauge people. Roberto and his brother also took the time to educate me on some of the causes of the issues we were having with ice dams and made sure to address those as they replaced our entire roof. Had the guys over to patch a leak in the roof and they did an awesome job. They also helped me get the attic better ventilated. They also did a great job at cleaning up after the job was complete. Communication was top notch. They were quick and showed up and stayed until the job was complete.

North Point Roofing did a great job!! We had a roof leak and they were quick to respond and give us a free and reasonable bid to fix the problem. After the fix was completed, there was a storm that proved the fix had not solved the problem. After I called back to let them know we still had the problem, Roberto came back out to the home, reassessed the issue and fixed the problem. A few days later, another storm came and all was good. The fact that he was honest in honoring his work, without any questions, made me feel even better going with North point and Roberto for the fix we needed! Thanks guys! In the process of selling my home the inspector found some issues with my roof. North Point came out and repaired the roof. They found some things that the inspection didn't. They also added additional roof vents decreasing the heat load in the attic. A real emphasis on work quality. I would use them for any future roofing needs that I have.

We needed to replace the original cedar shingle roof (1946) that had been covered with Bartile. We got bids from 3 companies and North Point clearly stood out for many reasons. We appreciated the attention to detail, effective planning, and price. Roberto and his team were on time, on task, and professional in every way. Roberto and his crew replaced the roof on my house and garage, including replacing the old plywood with OSB and reinforcing a cracked rafter. The work was done on time, high quality and at a very competitive price. Roberto was always responsive to phone calls and texts.

I totally recommend these guys. They are reasonably priced and offer great service. My elderly parents needed a large detached rv garage reroofed. They didn't want to use the company that had done their home a few years earlier due to very poor communication and not showing up as agreed.  These guys had great reviews and are a local small business so I gave them a call. Roberto answered and made an appointment to come out right away and do an estimate. He gave them a great price and was able to start the following Monday morning. He came when they said, communicated every step of the way and did a great job. They even cut down some tree limbs that were hanging over the garage and hauled them away for no extra charge. My parents were very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and will refer them to family, friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend North Point Roofing. I called them because I knew I needed new rain gutters and the flashing around my chimney repaired. Roberto and his brother came by the same day I called and inspected my roof and gutters. They told me that the shingles are in good condition but my roof was not vented. They explained why the vent is important for the house and extending the life of the shingles. They took many pictures and explained their recommendations for what I knew I needed a few other repairs. The quote was fairly priced, very detailed and included the pictures. The crew was out the next day. They did an excellent job, finished on time even doing a last minute request to remove an old TV dish.

North Pointe Roofing did a job on a rental I own, they met me for an estimate the same day I called and completed the job as agreed in less than a week from our first meeting. It was a carport roof, so a smaller job, but it was done before the first company I called got back to me with their estimate. Highly recommend Roberto!

I just recently had North Point Roofing repair two valleys to fix leaks. I am extremely pleased with their performance and their knowledge of roofing. Roberto was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. They let me know about their schedule and the details of what they were doing. I would absolutely recommend them for roofing work!

North point called me the same day I put in a request and scheduled a visit for a free quote. The issue I had was both the fire place/roof and a couple of vents installed incorrectly. The quote was reasonable and they offer a cash discount. I accepted the offer and they started the next week. They explained the failures clearly and what they were doing to fix it. They gave a warranty for the work. Friendly and professional work. Also, they recapped the fire place. Great experience.

Roberto and team worked with me at every opportunity. I had to wait a while to come up with the money...no problem, they held the bid. I had to cancel the initial installation time because of personal issues, no problem. Finally got everything straightened out with my personal life, call him up and he and his team come right over and knock the whole thing out in a few days. Cannot recommend more highly.

Fast, available and did the job right. I inspected it myself. They were able and willing to come out to my place and replace some shingles that blew out. Reasonable price and a great guy to work with.

Roberto was great to work with! I was able to get a hold of him on the first phone call. He set up an appointment for the following day. We ended up having some leaky areas around vents that had poor flashing installed. He repaired the problematic area, took pictures of other areas that needed repair, and then repaired them as well. He charged me a very fair price. I am very happy with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and price, and I feel like he is an honest person. I definitely recommend Roberto and North Point Roofing!

On a side note, my wife mentioned to him that she was doing a fun run for a friend that is undergoing cancer treatment. He offered to have the cost of services donated to her cause.

Robert and his team gave us a great selection of shingle styles and colors to choose from. His quote was very competitive. He kept us updated on his schedule and coordinated directly with the contractor who removed and reinstalled our solar panels.
Through the entire experience we felt he had our best interests in mind. He was extremely professional. The final product looks great and our home and yard are free of any residual debris. He even cleaned our gutters for free.

Roberto was professional, responsive, and did quality work. I originally hired him to clean out my gutters and replace a piece of fascia. I last minute asked him about changing some lightbulbs high up on the eaves while on the roof. He also noticed some issues with my roof shingles while he was up there and helped seal some loose shingles with tar. Although I did pay him more for that, he was willing to do the extra work for the original estimate price. He seemed very honest and was great to work with throughout the whole process!

Very happy with the work Roberto did on my garage. He and his crew patched up a few big spots that had been blown off by wind and it looks great!
