North Country Ford in Lancaster has been my go to dealer for the past 38 years and I don't think I'll be changing anytime soon.

North Country Ford got my truck in for a scheduled repair and it was done within the time that they said it would be. They also washed my truck for me and it looked great!

Not impressed. Called in for warranty work. Drove 50 minutes only to find out I couldn't leave my vehicle. The appointment was apparently only to test drive to verify. I would have gladly left my vehicle there until the part was in and could be replaced. Instead they wanted me to wait for the test drive (at least an hour), take my vehicle home (another hour's drive) and then come back sometime in the future. Nope. I'm sticking with the folks at Twin State in St. J.

Straight forward no bullshit dealership . Found the truck i wanted on there website and price was better than others ! Put a deposit on the truck and picked it up 4 days later!

I want to say NCF has the best service team I have ever done business with. There was a miner mix up that day. The team rallied and not only resovled the issue but went above and beyond to make it right. They did it all with a smile. When I got my truck back they had not only done the work but had done an awesome job cleaning it. I would like to thank the entire team for thier courtesy, professionalism. Wes

North Country Ford is my hometown Ford Dealership. I recieve excellent customer service from North Country Ford when I bring my car in for service or repairs. Professional, kind and courteous people work there that are willing to help you with your car repair needs. Reasonable repair costs and flexible appointments are what keep me coming back for repairs and service.

I tried one of the smaller dealers in northern NH. So I established myself as a customer. Today my 2 year old Bronco broke down on the road. That’s bad enough, but I called NCF to have it towed in. For a returning customer, they told me they couldn’t even look at it for at least 2 weeks! NOT ACCEPTABLE in my book! And I will never return there for any sales or service! Think about your choices before you go here!

I bought my F150 from here during the COVID-19 shortage era. The experience wasn’t unique, but it was straightforward and honest. If I buy another Ford, it’ll almost certainly be from here.

Their service department is fantastic! We bring our Ford and our Jeep to NCF for just about everything. Pricing always seems fair and honest. Moreover, Deb and the team make it super easy with text updates and vehicle delivery to work/home here in town.

We recently purchased a 2023 F250 from North County Ford and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.

First, the truck was very reasonably priced especially for this particular model. I did quite a bit of research and it was hard to find a better value.

Second, they did not start off by undervaluing our trade. In my experience, 90% of the time the dealerships will come back with some insulting lowball offer on the trade and then use that as their negotiation chip. That was not the case here. They came back well within the median expected range for my trade.

Lastly, our sales person Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely zero pressure. No tricks. No gimmicks.
In all my years of buying vehicles it was the first time I did not feel like I was getting taking advantage of somewhere.
Again, overall very satisfied and very impressed!

I had some issues with my truck, after having another shop make it worse I brought it here. They took care of it all and had me back on the road in no time.

Unfortunately wasn't able to get car work done due to them not excepting a warranty that I have with my financed vehicle. So unless you pay full cash or have original warrenty with brand new car they will not work with another warranty company. Luckily other bigger dealerships are very willing to accommodate and work with people with limited budget and that have a warranty they pay for. (My warrenty states that I can bring it to any licensed dealership and they will take care of my repairs) guess just not this dealership.

I found the perfect f250 here before pictures were even posted online. After a video, and detailed conversation, it had to be mine. I flew into Burlington, VT and was met with the freshly-washed truck, paperwork, a cup of hot cocoa, and even a full tank of diesel to start my long ride back to Chicago. I couldn't be happier - and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Truly refreshing after regularly dealing with the fools at Chicago dealers.

North Country Ford Is the best Ford Dealership in sales and service! We stopped by to check with the sales staff on vehicle pricing and fell in love with a new Outer Banks Ford Bronco on the lot. I've bought many vehicles from North Country Ford for both personal and company uses. As busy as I am, I don't have the time to drive around the state to save a couple hundred bucks, and these guys always have what I need, when I need it and they really take care of me with personal attention.

This was my first new Ford purchase and I could not have had a better experience at North Country Ford. It was a long time from my initial reservation deposit to when I was able to take delivery but Vickie and Mike kept me informed the entire time and took great care of me when it was time to take delivery of my new truck. It's a bit of a drive or me to get to Lancaster but it is certainly worth it and I can't say enough how great the team is at North Country.

My F150 was part of the recalls that affected the transmission. After extensive calling to ford Cooperate, Viola!! the part arrived! NC ford called me immediately and had my truck in for the part to be replaced.
