A year and a half later, we're still dazzled by the service offered by Nor'easter Roofing! Rob was very helpful over the course of the entire process, was kind, responsive, and the quote was more than reasonable. They came out quickly, too! On roofing day, the team showed us where wood needed to be replaced and why, and even helped us install a ventilation pipe for our bathroom fan. Still looks great - we'll certainly be giving them a call when it's time to re-roof the garage.

Had Nor'Easter replace our roof in October '24 and was very happy with the quality of work, price, and quick project completion. Contacted Rob and he replied quickly to setup a time to go over options and get the work scheduled within a few weeks. Entire replacement took 2 days as Rob had estimated and he and his team were great. They did a great job cleaning up the debris and any nails that had gotten into the yard. I'd definitely recommend Nor"easter again. Roof came out great, they were able to add some bathroom vents that were needed, and the whole process was very easy from start to end.

Rob and his crew did my roof 8 years AGO. This morning I found a shingle on the ground. Called him within 3 hours it was looked at. Rob is so professional and concerned to remedy anything his company does, even 8 years later. In a world of scams and cheap workmanship, Rob is an honest, hardworking man . Nor'easter Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house and garage. Overall it was a very good experience:

- Rob had Certainteed samples sent to us, and provided addresses where we could see the color options. We chose Espresso, and are extremely pleased
- Rob recommended installation of the optional black drip edge, and it looks fantastic
- The crew arrived on time, materials were delivered shortly after their arrival, they worked efficiently, and finished the job in a single day; the dumpster was gone early the next morning
- Rob responded immediately to any questions or concerns shared before, during, after the work was done.

We are quite pleased with the finished product, and are grateful to Rob and his crew for working until dark on a scorching hot day. We highly recommend Rob and the Nor'easter crew.

We had Nor’easter Roofing replace the 28-year old roof on our house and garage. Rob made a couple of trips to look over the job before bidding it. The price was good and the finished roof looks terrific.

They came to replace our roof on what was the hottest day of the year to date. I cannot say enough about how considerate Rob and his crew were. They went out of their way to protect the fairly large flower gardens in front of the house using extra-long tarps The crew even moved our potted plants to make sure they stayed in the shade during the day. At the end of the day the yard and gardens looked terrific and I did not find one stray nail or debris left behind.

Without hesitation, we would use Rob and Nor’easter Roofing for roofing, siding and other work.

We noticed a piece of aluminum cap was missing two days later and alerted Rob. He sent his crew out the next day to fabricate and install the new piece. Rob did my roof about 4 years ago still looks Great ! I had my Center chimney lined with a stainless sleeve and the Chimney folks damaged a shingle so I called Rob and within a day I had it Fixed . How often do Contractors get back to you that quickly and help you out almost Never ?

Great company. Rob came out promptly, answering a call from my folks to look at @ assess their leaking roof. He was personable, knowledgeable & clearly explained why it was leaking. He listened patiently and had his men come & “patch” the area from where the leak was originating, again explaining in simple terms what shoddy work was done by the developer/builder’s roofing subcontractors. He also explained that it should hold for a stretch, possibly months, but that eventually the roof would have to be replaced. He never asked them for a dime and sent a quote to replace the roof whenever they were ready. Several months later the roof leaked again. Rob again returned their call, personally & promptly. He offered to honor the quote given months previously, despite the rapid rise in the cost of shingles, and scheduled their job a week or two later. Rob and his team arrived promptly. They were courteous, professional and after a long day, left the yard & driveway cleaner than before they arrived - and the new roof looks beautiful. My folks couldn’t have been happier, from first introduction to completion of the job. If you want a professional, highly competent local roofer, I unilaterally recommend Rob & his team. We had our roof done and love the color! We went with blue tones and boy does it look sharp when the sun hits it! Nor'easter started early in the morning and were done by 2 PM! The team worked hard. They replaced some plywood and removed all debris afterwards. Added frost/ice protection and have a great warranty on the shingles. Very happy and highly recommend Rob at Nor'easter Roofing. Had my house built in New Hampton and the contractor we were using decided to cancel job due to health reasons. So one of my friends said Rob Chaille owner of Nor’easter Roofing had moved his business to Meredith NH just down the street from my house and so I reached out to Rob and told him what happened and that we were under time restraint of getting this house covered up before the storm. He was out with his crew the next day. He had 6 guys on the job who were all very professional and respectful.
