Rob, Timmy and all of the staff at Nordic Construction are first-rate builders and businessmen who know what they're doing and provide excellent customer service. They built us our dream house in 2008, on time, at the expected costs, and have been there for us ever since if any little thing arises that we need help with.
I know what a nightmare people say construction can be, and for us it was smooth and timely. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Simple put: Rob is the best. By way of background we have done many large projects including building an entire house from scratch. We have worked with many contractors and NONE have come close to the experience we had with Rob (and his team). He was always available, very insightful and his attention to detail and perfection is unmatched. We never had to worry about going over budget and Rob always made us feel that we were his top priority. We will never do any additional work to our house without Rob being involved.

We first used Nordic Construction over 20 years ago to build a garage on our house. They did a wonderful job - it matches the 100+ year old house perfectly. Since then, they have replaced the siding, windows and doors, put a new roof on and renovated at least three bathrooms. The workmanship is wonderful and Rob Knoor and his team are great to have around, which can't be said for all contractors.

Most recently, Rob sent Tim (who had been on the original garage job) over to replace an exterior windowsill that was causing a leak. It was nice to see one of the old gang back here.
