Every experience I’ve had at Laird Noller RV has been a good one. They are fast, efficient, and extremely easy to work with. Joe Mason at Laird Noller RV is as good as they come. With great communication and customer service, I will ask for Joe every time I have a need for my fifth wheel.

We had a Schwintek slide mechanism break during a trip. We were able to drop our 5th wheel off at Laird Noller RV Service Center in Topeka KS. The correct parts were ordered and the unit was repaired in time for us to be able to make our next 6 week trip without altering any plans. Slide worked fine the entire trip. I highly recommend Joe and the staff here.

Awesome, quick, and efficient service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fair prices with good selection of parts inventory on hand. We thought we'd need to replace the AC and repair the slide motor- turns out they both just needed serviced! They could have tricked us into spending a LOT more than was necessary, but they were honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Answered all of our many questions as first time RV owners. I'd give them a 10 star review if it was possible!!!

Very fast and professional getting my motorhome fixed. I will be using them for all my RV repairs from here on.

We had a trailer tire blowout on the highway and we came to Laird Noller to get spare tires and we had a wonderful experience. The associates went over and beyond to help us out, especially Joe Mason, to get us back on our way. I’m very thankful we found this RV repair center and I highly recommend going there for your RV service needs and repairs.

The guys at Laird Noller RV did an amazing job for us, we could not be more pleased. Our awning on our Arcadia 5th wheel was pulling away from the side of the camper, still under warranty. Tim Sullivan was our service advisor. We had a big trip planned , so we needed the camper back in 3 days from when we dropped it off. When I told Tim we needed it back that quick he was not sure if they would be able to complete or not, but said either way he would make sure I got the camper back in time for the trip and he would make sure all the holes were water tight for me.

Two days after I dropped it off Tim called and said all the work was 100% complete and ready to be picked up! Wow! The other thing is I didn't even purchase the trailer from them. I have heard horror stories about getting warranty work done at about any RV dealer but I gotta tell ya Laird Noller RV took great care of me and my camper! Thank you Tim and the crew, if I need need anything else for my trailer you are now my goto for RV service! Highly recommend these guys!

Joe at Laird Noller RV Service Center did an absolute awesome job on my camper. I went in to have my roof fixed and they did an awesome job, but they also fixed some other things on my camper for no charge. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. I totally recommend Laird Noller to everyone.

Wayne and I are very happy with the service yesterday. We had a recall and some other matters to looked at. We told Tim when we arrived that we are full time and to get done what he could but we needed the fifth wheel back by closing. He did and got everything thing done we asked for. Great Job.

One of the best RV repair shops I have ever been to. Service Advisor Joe Mason is an absolute pro. He even gave me a detailed bike route to use while his very capable technicians worked on my rig. I live in California but am honestly keeping these guys in mind for future repair work should my travels take me back to Kansas.

First experience with Laird Noller RV service. Was excellent. They work hard to get my new roof and back on the road. Was in a trip and wind storm in new Mexico tore up the roof. Brand new and on the road. Highly recommended. Joe and Tim on office were great.

The team out here are fantastic! Joe went above and beyond to ensure my RV fridge was replace when the extended warranty company was being difficult. I previously had taken my RV to two other places and they found nothing wrong with the fridge, this team found it right away. I won’t go anywhere else now!! Thanks Team!!

The Rv door wouldn’t close. After spending the day trying to get a mobile repair service to us, I emailed Laid Noller RV. They promptly called me and advised we bring the trailer to their shop in the morning. We arrived about 8:30, dropped the trailer off and went to breakfast. We returned two hours later and the door had been repaired. The technician advised that the glue used in manufacturing the door had failed, and to assure it did not happen again, he riveted the fiberglass to the metal rod at the door hinge. They were awesome in customer first attitude by wanting to get our repair done and us back on the road quickly. Thank you to Joe and his crew.

Beat rv repair shop we’ve ever been to. Pricing was more than fair and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful with great communication through the whole process.

Joe and his crew did an awesome job for us. He got us in on short notice and got us taken care of same day--which is a huge help for us driving from Wichita to have it serviced. They did all of our repairs and got us back on the road in time to make it back home before rush hour. We purchased our camper new the week before and had some repairs that needed to be done ASAP--AC, microwave, power and cord reel. They got us taken care with the utmost professionalism and speed but still made sure everything worked correctly and explained how to prevent some of these problems in the future. Very professional crew and very accommodating. I highly recommend these guys to do any RV repair service

I had a fridge on my Grand Design RV that has died 3 times and Noller RV service got me in to rewire the fridge in a week and also accommodated us to get the repair done in a day (we are fulltimers). They also did a roof inspection For me at no charge.

If you have a RV problem, take it to Noller RV repair, the guys are wonderful there.

We needed the subfloor on a 13’ slide replaced. From the moment we called and spoke with Tim to the moment we left after repairs were completed, the service and quality of work performed were utterly stellar.
Friendly, highly competent service completed in record time. Compared to prior experiences at competing companies which might take 2 months “to get to it” Noller’s facility, staff and customer service are the best we’ve ever experienced, and we’ve been RV’rs for 17 years. Well done!

Joe and Tim are great guys and easy to work with. They have great mechanics and I am really happy they are here in Topeka.

I believe the mechanics are well qualified at this business, BUT you will need to ask questions about everything, including "their" parts prices, warranty on parts and labor, and labor cost. Do research on the parts they offer, then compare them to other manufacturers' parts because there could be a major difference. Shop around so you can make an informed decision.

Best RV repair experience I’ve had. The techs did a great job on everything I asked them to do and they even fixed my lighted handrail

Joe and Tim were very professional. They kept us updated on the progress. They had to order parts and called as soon as they received them to let us know when we could expect to pick up the rv. They were always willing to answer our questions about the operation of the rv. That was very much appreciated and helpful since this is our first rv. We highly recommend Noller RV Service Center.

We have been going to the Laird Noller RV service center shortly after they opened. Tim, Joe and the rest of the crew are top notch. They had to replace our roof and a/c units on our 5th wheel d/t a hail storm and they kept up updated from the beginning to the end.
Always if and when we call they are all so courteous and friendly and take the time to ask our questions. I cant say enough good about this service center except I AM SO GLAD that we have them in Topeka!! I give them a 10+ on workmanship and customer service. Keep up the good work guys!

I have a 2004 Monaco Executive And was staying in the Topeka area for about four or five months. My first experience with Laird Noller happened around Christmas 2023 when my refrigerator went out completely. I was very reluctant and hesitant about getting it replaced in an area that I was not familiar with. But from the first moment I stepped in the door and had a great welcome and I felt I was in the right place. My first impression is, it's still pretty new, the lobby was very clean, very organized, and, I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. That first visit was just to check the place. The second visit is when I drove my rig in to have it checked to confirm that refrigerator was beyond repair. As soon as I hit the parking lot, I was greeted immediately and escorted to the office so that the tech could diagnose the refrigerator. Inside the lobby, I proceeded to take a seat. However, I was brought over to the desk where Joe showed his computer screen where he had pulled up photos of refrigerators available in the area that were new. Within about 30 minutes a refrigerator was picked out I went and paid for it, and the schedule was made to install it. Again, I was very nervous because I'm very hands-on and full-time, and was not sure how this was going to happen. When I returned for the day of the switch out of the old refrigerator with the new, I expected to be sticking around to help manage the process. Lol! I was told to go find something to do that it would be taken care of and I would be notified when it's ready. I did just that. I left everything in good hands. I received a call about six hours later that everything was ready. I returned to find my motor coach in great condition. There was practically no evidence that any work had been done and I had a brand new refrigerator installed.
That totally exceeded my expectations. The great service and timing and everything was in order.

I was grateful for that experience and for the great staff and I thought that would be it. However, before I could make plans to depart the area a major snowstorm hit that brought the temps down to 17 below zero. Needless to say, many things happened to my motorcoach. The bottom line was everything shut down, couldn't start it, there was no furnace heat, no electric heat, and it seemed to be barely alive. This was probably a bigger challenge than I had ever anticipated, and I believe it was the same on the Laird, NOLLER side. Got off to a slow start and we took a couple steps backwards for about a day, but these guys, rose to the occasion and snapped to another amazing experience. Many parts had to be replaced, ordered, or made new, and even though it was initially overwhelming the communication was great. Even though there was some parts ordered that did not fit, they were absolutely great in doing the right thing and not charging me for install/removal.
As with any repairs, there's always going to be challenges, and there certainly were, but in hindsight With almost everything working 100% I was able to leave the area and head south to warmer climate. But not forgetting the great experience that I had and in the future, if I'm anywhere nearby, it would be worth the drive to take my motor coach back to Laird, NOLLER to have it looked out and fixed.

Had a wheel bearing go bad on our car while traveling from Texas to home in Minnesota. Stopped in to Noller West in Topeka Kansas. Was greeted by Kelli at the service desk. This young lady is one of those rare employees we don’t see often these days. She put us as a priority as she found out we were traveling home. Communicated with the diagnosis, when parts arrived and sent a courtesy car to pick us up at our hotel. Excellent communicator and helpful person.

Thank you Joe and crew for the sepurb job of repairing our travel trailer. The experience was seamless and your diligence on the sway control hitch assembly that was installed was above and beyond.

They did a great job. I took my RV in to have them look for anything that needed attention. They called me before they did any repairs. They were very professional and friendly. They were willing to take the time the to listen to what I was talking about. I would recommend them if you need any repairs or parts for your RV.

This was the best service experience we have had since purchasing our travel trailer 2 years ago. They got us back on the road immediately!

We have a 2020 Coleman Lantern purchased at a big name in MO (if you know, you know). We can't say how much we appreciate Laird Noller RV for listening to what the issues were and actually addressing all of them in a very timely fashion. We will definitely be returning!!

We have taken the camper multiple times in the last two years over an hour away and it was kept for months on end. We told them of specific issues regarding warning lights for the trailer brakes. We were told it was the truck issue. After much research we provided all the info when we took the camper to Laird Noller and low and behold, it was in fact the camper brakes. The dinging stopped IMMEDIATELY upon leaving the shop.

Thank you guys for listening and making the necessary corrections to the brakes and communicating. We will be recommending you guys to all!

Started poorly, but a new recruit has been exceptional at working to be able to get the factory to authorize the shop to be able to complete the repair.

I have a 37 foot Winnebago journey, I noticed water on my dash in December. After having the windshield ruled out I called a local RV repair company. After 3 visits, caulking the roof, it still leaked !
I was so upset, this is my home! While visiting in Manhattan, KS, I started calling to find someone to fix the problem. I heard 2 weeks, 3weeks and we don't do that.
Then I called Laird Noller! Joe in service said "Can you be here tomorrow at 7:30?"
I was there and it was done by 10am. Plus the tech heard an air leak, tracked it down and fixed it !
Now, the above and beyond part. This was Friday, they are closed on the weekend. The new caulking needed to "cure" inside for 24 hrs. No problem.....the service manager met me at the shop Saturday morning so I could be on my way. He even helped me hook up the car!
I will be back!
