No Bull Roofing in Nancy KY

We have Been waiting for 2 to 3 months for Contractor to finish a job that at most should have taken a week. REMEMBER these are a roofs that if not done properly, (and they wern't)exposes everything to water and serious damage.
HOUSE
1) Main part of house roof is covered but screws are either over tightened with rubber gaskets squished out like worms or screws loose and not making contact with the metal.
2) Edge Metal reflects the same way as the roof with screws over tightened or loose with a few screws actually going through the 1st layer of metal and dangling between the metal and not penetrating the roof at all.
3) Ridge vent metal overlaps have no screws for support within 1 to 2 feet of their ends. Wind will easily get under this metal and bend it up.
4) Dormer intersection with main roof and valleys is trimmed ragged with screws going in at angles instead of being flat.
5) End of metal in one valley is 6 inches short and does not extend over roof edge.
Garage
1) Main part of garage is covered but 12 foot lean to shed extension was not replaced.
2) Original edging was taken off but has not been replaced and that section of my garage is exposed to the elements.
3) Inside the garage, screws can be seen next to the 2x4s that the metal was supposed to be screwed into. Not a few but I stopped counting at 30. These are misses and puts a hole in the roof at each miss.

These problems are not minor. Both roofs need to be replaced quickly and professionally to negate my exposure to further damage. I cant comfortably allow this contractor to even attempt to correct (replace both roofs). Because of all of the above a total refund would be the only recourse for fairness and equity. I will be attaching all pictures including receipts for money paid as well as signed receipt that says 1 month completion time. (Time is of the essence)

Hired NO BULL Roofing back in May 2022 to put a roof, gutters & snow guard on our home. He asked for half up front. Paid him 10,250.00 and STILL have not one piece of metal on our roof and it's October 3rd 2022!!!!!! We have called. We have texted. All we get in return is lies of when they "will be here" to no avail!!

Thank you for a job well done at my store. I appreciate you fitting us into your busy schedule and how quickly you corrected the previous contractors mistakes to get my business back open. Water damage and mold is a serious problem and you treated it as such. I highly recommend this business.
