Stanley with Epiphany foam has been excellent to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are getting a house that was originally built in the 40's quoted to get insulated. We will be trying to do project next year so we were doing our homework and Stanley has been great to work with on explaining the process especially on vaulted ceilings with no attic. Hopefully we will get to move forward with the project soon. Would highly recommend Epiphany Foam.

The guys doing the work were very courageous and helpful. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They injected foam behind than all wood sided wall and you really have to look to see the holes they had to make to do so. Great job guys. Plus they did it on two of the hottest days we’ve had and didn’t complain.

From first contact with company until completion of job, my experience with Epiphany was excellent. The job was time sensitive , smaller than their minimum, and Epiphany was able to work within time constraints and complete the work more quickly than estimated. The employees were polite and professional from the moment they rolled onto the project site until the time they left. As a construction manager, who manages projects across the country, I don't often write reviews because this is what I expect from companies that I hire. However Epiphany just went above and beyond in impressing me. Top notch customer service.

All personal was very nice, they took extra care not to damage or track in dirt. They made sure I was satisfied with their work.

We had them come out and spray foamed both our attic and basement. They did a fantastic job. They were very responsive, easy to work with, fast to schedule, and completed everything within a timely manner. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The fellas were more interested in their cell phones than the work. They were advised twice not to spray holes where pipes exit the crawlspace. They said “we’ll take care of it.” Well, they sprayed the openings! Now, we are having to fix their mistakes. Nearly $4,000 spent and still have to fix it. Won’t be recommending them.

The Epiphany Spray Foam crew did a fantastic job at my new construction home! Even though it was the hottest week of the year, these guys got the job done quickly and kept my jobsite clean during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have been a sales person for Epiphany Foam for over two years now. We had a project in my neighborhood so I had one of our crews insulate the crawlspace wing of my home this afternoon. I have been telling people about the benefits of spray foam for a long time but I am just now experiencing it for myself! There was an immediate improvement to our home! The front two rooms of our house are so comfortable and I cannot wait to see the benefits.

We had no insulation in our crawl space and the cost of retrofitting 24" fiberglass would have been about the same, but have nowhere near the benefits. I am proud of our company and the direct improvements that have occurred.

Epiphany Foam Insulation has done two new construction open cell foam Insulation projects for my company. We are very pleased with their sales approach, price, service and the job they performed. The second house is a passive solar house on 4 floors. Very tight Insulation is key. They took the time to caulk everywhere needed. They were very flexible and understanding when we ran into scheduling problems and everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and helpful! They were also thousands cheaper than some other quotes.
We had three quotes on both projects and Epiphany was the best price for both and we are fully satisfied with their work. A big thanks to Jim and Stanley and all the hardworking team!

Very satisfied overall. They sprayed open cell spray foam insulation in my 40x48x16 ft post beam building. They were timely, quick, did an excellent job and left the job site as clean as they found it.

Another 5 star review earned! Epiphany Foam insulated my 20' x 20' addition with vaulted ceiling, plus basement in Lexington. I highly recommend them.

Here's what's great: 1) Service: calls and texts were returned promptly. The quote visit (Stanley) was informative and professional. They called me when an earlier opening became available and completed my project just a few days after my initial call. 2) Material: spray insulation is amazing stuff! It fills cavities and voids of any size. It seals every air gap. It can be cut away now or in the future for access. I look forward to a cozy room in the winter! 3) Work: the crew of 4 finished the job in about 7 hours. They covered every surface with plastic sheeting. They cleaned up when they were done and left barely any trace. Drywall went up a couple days later with not problems. The crew moved their truck from my driveway early to allow a drywall delivery. They even helped carry a several sheets! 4) Cost: foam is more expensive than fiberglass. But considering that installation in included, no cutting is necessary, and all gaps are filled completely, it is a good value.

A couple notes: 1) traditional homes are build with air gaps between the roof sheathing and insulation. Soffit vents allow air flow under the sheathing toward ridge vents, ostensibly to cool the roof and expel moisture. Spray foam is different. It is sprayed directly under the roof sheathing. It blocks all air flow. I researched this topic and found varying opinions on the merits of either method, but I was convinced that the air-tight seal, vapor barrier, and longevity of spray foam was the best solution. Spray foam has been around for at least a decade and I didn't find complaints about condensation or overheating roofs. Fingers crossed! 2) Epiphany's diesel truck has to run continuously to power the spray equipment. That was irritating to the adjacent neighbors, but lasted only 7 hours. Give your nearby neighbors a heads-up before work begins.

Epiphany was great to work with. From the salesperson (Fred), to the manager/owner (Jim), to the installation crew, I had a great experience. I was in the renovation process and discovered that I would need insulation during a specific stage of the construction, the guys at Epiphany worked with me and my contractor to arrange the installation on short notice. This was a life saver and I really appreciated their professionalism and flexibility. The project turned out great and I plan to use Epiphany again as my renovation work continues.

The crew showed up on the day of install and immediately got started. They were quick to get things covered to protect from overspray of the foam. Once the foam started being applied every crew member had a job to do and they worked well together, completing areas quickly.

We had a very good experience with Epiphany Foam and we highly recommend them. They did a great job and their quote was very reasonable- and already seeing a significant decrease in electric bill.

On time and completed the job ahead of schedule. The crew that we had was easy to work with and did a great job applying the foam and cleaning up. The cost is a little high up front but I am assured it pays for its self. I can definitely tell the difference after the install. Easily 20 degrees cooler on a 90 degree day.

Rough process, good result. Lack of communication and crew that did not communicate tried to pack a two-day job into 1. I had to call and confirm the date. Had no idea what time anyone would show up or who was showing up. Left our house a mess and damaged.

Jason and Fred were terrific with their service and letting me know what they were doing. When they were done they cleaned up and I could not tell they were here. I could not find the holes in the walls where they drilled and filled between the studs on the outside of the house. They were friendly and I would recommend this company to everyone.
