The quality of the work was exceptional. We had a new bathroom and kitchen put in. From their design to the quality of work was exceptional. I could not be happier with the end result and the owner Daniel communication throughout the project. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

Lets be honest, whenever you have to do work on your house the experience is usually nothing but stress and head aches. Between shopping for estimates and worrying if you are getting ripped off its something you can lose sleep over, especially if its a major job. But Daniel and the property brothers made the process effortless. After wasting my time with 5 different contractors who were either no shows after the initial estimates or told me it would take weeks just to get on the "list", Daniel came in and saved the day. His prices were very reasonable, but better then that was his level of contact and courtesy he displayed every step of the way. I didn't feel stupid asking questions like i have with some of these other contractors who showed up either ( i mean really if i knew how this stuff worked i would have done it myself, am i right?!) His team worked quick, they were neat and never left a mess and best of all, everything went seamlessly. Our kitchen and bathroom look phenomenal, i mean hgtv show quality, and best of all....my wife loves it! Happy wife happy life and now that she got the kitchen of her dreams she's as happy as can be. If you feel like i did, confused and unsure where to begin give these guys a call, they will hold your hand and walk you through the whole thing. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!! 5 stars cant say it enough

I wanted to update my kitchen for my home and danny and crew were amazing. He had vast knowledge about the quality of cabinets and granite. He even took me step by step and outlined every part of my kitchen. The work itself was top notch and the attention to detail was incredible. Lets just say the kitchen looks amazing. Im recommending him to everyone.

I’m a real estate broker. Dan has extensive experience building and renovating homes from start to finish. No job is too small... he’s helped fix issues before closing including roof and plumbing issues last minute. He goes above and beyond ... He saw me before the closing removing the junk all alone from the house. He started grabbing the junk, loaded his truck, and dumped everything. He has a good heart and intentions.

Dan is the Picasso of construction. he was able to envision everything that my wife and I were looking to do in our home. Dan was also very professional understanding and gave many solutions to many different issues. Overall, Dan and his team were very supportive and very capable of completing any and all construction work. He is also very affordable and worked with our budget to give us our dream home I can’t say I would have had any better experience using any other service. Thank you so much for all your help!!
