Talked to the estimator and he suggested to repair instead of replace, price quoted was very reasonable for work that would be done and we are in the schedule about 4 weeks from now to get work done. Will revisit after work is completed. Vary happy with NJ Empire Exteriors Inc.It was great to see four guys come and complete the roofing job in one afternoon within a week of the initial assessment. Everything Danny and his men agreed to do was done with nothing missed. They left our yard clean. Having had many contractor experiences, this was definitely a success. The crew was very professional and courteous.
Steve found that we had a soft spot on our roof and that some of roof had to be replaced. Once the repairs were done we noticed that there was still a leak coming down a nearby sanitation stack.Danny and Steve came back repeatedly and really went above and beyond with the time and care that they took in figuring out where this leak was coming from.
Excellent communication, EXCELLENT job, EXCELLENT flexibility and steve really stood by us through the job even though we ran into structural issues that created unanticipated work that held up the finish. Thanks NJ Empire Exteriors Inc HIGHLY recommend this company.
