I loved working with Michael and Niwot Roofing. What better way to support your community than using the small businesses within it. Michael was extremely responsive to our needs and options as we progressed on our roofing project and they not only did a great job on the roof itself, they also did a great job on the clean-up. I started as a client, I ended as a friend. He and his crew were a class act.

Michael from Niwot Roofing was great! He provided a free consultation and helped me determine the best course of action for my roof. When the time is right for a roof replacement, I know who I'll be calling!

Installing a new roof after hail damage, 5 years after a previously hail damaged roof, was not fun. Looked at and talked to a number of roofing companies when deciding what to do. Michael with Niwot Roofing provided our best solution with the best possible hail protection, decent warranty, choice of materials, and good advice on roof and attic venting, as well as a price we (and the insurance company - after Michael's discussions with them) were willing to pay. His crew were methodical, efficient, and did a good job of cleaning up while in progress. I would recommend that Niwot Roofing be seriously considered when you need recommendations on your roofing needs.

Michael and Grant worked in depth with me to discuss all the options for different jobs I was curious about. They talked through everything with me and gave honest and upfront opinions which I appreciated. They didn’t overcharge or recommend anything that wasn’t necessary but gave me the details to make an informed decision myself. Michael provided me with a link to watch the progress and his team uploaded frequent pictures there which really helped keep me in the loop throughout the job. My roof looks perfect and on top of all that Michael and his team worked incredibly fast and were very friendly and easy to work with. Overall it was a fantastic experience using Niwot roofing, I highly recommend them!

Niwot roofing is a newer company, but we took a chance on a guy going door to door to get his business going and we were not disappointed! Micheal was communicative and explained the process thoroughly. The roof was done well and looks amazing.
