We have had some roof leaking. Justin had availability right away to come check out our roof. We likely will have to end up calling insurance, per his recommendation, rather than having the work done by his company, but I wanted to leave 5 stars due to his communication, timeliness, & just the warm personality he had overall!
We had some damage due to high winds and lost shingles. Called Justin at 810 the next morning and left a message. Within 30 minutes he called back. Was at the house the same afternoon. He was able to make the repairs immediately. Super nice guy, quickly diagnosed the issue, immediate repair, very fair price. Would highly recommend to others - already have myself.
Nissco crew did not expand the driveway length according to the width per our contract. Approximately 3 months later the sidewalk & driveway approach cracked & I noticed the approach to my steps also cracked. I called Justin in Feb 2020 & several times after to get it inspected & repaired. He came in April 2020 & said the approach & sidewalk were not his doing. He did say the approach to my steps was his companies error. I have texted him numerous times & told it would be fixed. As of Dec 2020 it is not corrected. I did get a little discount off my bill for not extending the width of the driveway. The sidewalk & driveway approach cracks are getting wider.
