Kitchen remodel. Brandon from Nikao was great. He was available when needed. He stayed within budget. He had a super suggestion that we took him on that opened up our tiny kitchen. I would rehire him again for our next project.

Brandon and his crew do excellent work. From the first interactions with Brandon we knew he would be our contractor. He provided ideas and design details that we hadn’t thought about. He also provided a master bath design along with a detailed quote for all the work we wanted to have done which was almost a full home remodel. He and his entire crew are great to work with. When he hired subs he made sure their work was up to his standards. He finished our job on time and at a competitive cost.
I highly recommend him and would gladly use his company again.

Brandon and his team did an amazing job turning an under-used atrium in the middle of our house into a home office with storage above it. Brandon’s team was great to work with — they were considerate and kind and really good at what they do. When there was an issue with a subcontractor’s work, the team made things right. There was good attention to detail and generally good communication.

Brandon is a highly skilled contractor and we totally recommend his work. He is easy to work with, keeps communication lines open, and expertly manages his subcontractors as well. In the planning stages he listened to our ideas, suggested options that might look better, and checked our choices at the design center where we were ordering materials. We made several additions and changes throughout the process and Brandon made everything work. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom, VPL floors, larger patio door, and kitchen upgrades. Wonderful job!

We used Nikao Construction to remodel our primary bathroom. With this remodel being our first time , Brandon walked us through the process each step of the way and was patient with our questions. He has a great team who are all knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. When decisions had to be made at a couple of points w/ the remodel it felt collaborative with Brandon and his team. Bathroom turned out beautiful! Would recommend!

Brandon was not the lowest quote for our kitchen remodel, but he was very proactive during the bidding process. He made several great suggestions which steered us in the right direction and even brought his tile guy to our home during the quoting process to assess the work needing to be done and to provide good suggestions and feedback. We selected his firm, Nikao, and were not disappointed. Brandon is a stickler for perfection and made sure that we, the customer, were fully satisfied with the finished product. We would highly recommend him to any potential client.
