I cannot say enough about Ryan Nicholson! This is the third time we have had him here in a year, and honestly I will never use another painter as long as he is in business locally. Painted all our window trim (that had manufactured defects not caught and after someone else tried to paint them and they pealed right off - no issues from Ryan's work 1 1/2 years ago), then he painted bathroom and kitchen after patching some areas in September 2024, and now he has painted our porches (4) and deck! House was renovated in 2006, so 3 of the porches are 19 years old and the front porch is sig significantly older. NOW they look like new all because of Ryan. And we have already booked him for this Fall to stain the white fence around the whole house! NOT only his work phenomenal, he is kind, and polite and cleans up and is punctual! Rarities in today's contracting world! I can leave my home, have him here unsupervised, and come back 5 days later and KNOW all is not just good but GREAT. If there are one or two small details overlooked, he immediately comes back and touches them up no questions asked. THE BEST!

His quote was well within the price for the area. He came at the same time every day, and worked All day, unless it rained. And he cleaned up before he left. Very professional! He did such a good job that we hired him to come back to paint our kitchen cabinets, which he just Completed. The finish is flawless, his professionalism was consistent and we can’t be more pleased with his work. We highly recommend Ryan for any type of painting job!
