Angle Square Inspections

Inspected my house listed items RED SAFETY that where not red safety, this item met all codes, yet marked red safety. Marked another as couldn't find light switch yet switch was approx 6 ft from where he was standing when a took the picture. Marked another that a GFCI outlet wasn't working yet when tested for function was working. Seems suspicious.
UPDATE: Angel Square Inspections DID in fact do an inspection of my home, I can post pictures of the individuals that performed the inspection if needed, in the alternate I have posted the first page in the report...

Meet Josh at the property near the end of the inspection and he went over everything. It was so nice to hear and see the things in person. My inspection was on a Saturday so I didn't except the report til the next week but he said he would send it the next evening and I received it the following afternoon. Amazing experience!

Arrived to the property on time, was extremely polite and helpful and answered all our questions. He got the report to us quickly, with great explanations and descriptions within. I recently I needed to get a house inspected in Rural Retreat that’s been sitting empty for several months. Impossible to give Josh anything less than 5 stars. Having a real engineer go out and literally get pictures of everything gives you an excellent place to start with what needs repaired today and what needs looked at 5 and 10 years down the road. You are burning money if you don't have Josh take a look at whatever Real Estate you intend to purchase. As good as it gets!

Josh did an excellent job of quickly producing an inspection report on the property we are planning on buying. The report is thorough and covers electrical, well, plumbing, roofing, gutters, walls, foundation, heating, deck, garage doors, garage door opener and general comments.
The report was summarized for ease of getting an overall view of issues. Each issue was clearly described and accompanied with a photo. Josh has responded quickly to all questions and provided additional clarity.

Josh is amazimg!! This guy has an amazing work ethic! I was in process of buyimg a house in Bristol, TN and the last thing the mortgage company needed was a Structural Cert. for me to close.. Afyer the seller and their agent were unable to fimd an engineer that could do it and/or get there in next few weeks I found Josh at Angle Square. Josh went out of his way fittimg the inspection at a moments notice to his schedule at 730pm, I expressed to him my work schredule and the need for me to close the following week (all dependent on this structural cert). Josh said he would get it to me next morning, in fact he got it to me that night!! You can't beat service like that, that's hard to fimd, and above and beyond my expectations. If anyone needs the services his company provides I highly recommend him! Awesome job Josh!!
