NHI did an extremely great job on jacking up my front stairwell. After 23 years, the stairs had sunk over 5" which made it very difficult for my older parents to come up without assistance. Niles and his team not only had a very competitive bid, but they educated me on their process along the way. They punch fewer holes in the cement during the project as they use a more superior closed cell foam. They also utilize a great notification system from signature of their bid to arrival time to paying your bid. Super professional and would highly recommend!

NIH was very professional. We were very impressed from the start. They kept me informed throughout the entire proces. From the initial conversation and timely proposal, to scheduling the work, and even sent a message when the work was completed. They arrived on schedule and were very efficient with their time on-site.

We were also very impressed with the clean up job that was done.

We are excited to be one step closer to having a nice warm garage!

We had four workers who did an excellent job. We had spray foam, painted fire rated intumescent paint, blown-in insulation with vents installed for kitchen and bath. I usually do my own work and am very particular about getting things done correctly. These young workers made me very happy with the quality of the work.

We had our attic vacuumed out, the. Spray foamed and blown in on top of that. They came in got the job done and after they left you couldn’t tell we had anything done. Very nice group of workers!

The workers were very respectful of our house during the whole process of the attic insulating project. They were timely, efficient and thorough. Very polite as well.

Niles was great to work with, from start to finish he was there whenever I needed him at different parts of the building process. The end product was always better than expected, and at a reasonable cost. I won’t hesitate to call Niles for future insulation projects!
