I recently had my roof done with next strides. The work was done on time as expected, but I want to highlight the customer obsession and high level of professionalism that Jose Flores showcased along with his team. I had to reschedule my appointment two times, he helped me with it without making me feel bad. Throughout the installation process he kept me updated on the progress. There were no surprises during the entire process.

Next Strides is an awesome Roofing & Construction company! I had the pleasure of working with Jose Flores. He came out inspected our roof, documented all of the damage he found and helped us through out the whole insurance process and made the whole process very smooth, he literally handled everything and made it stress free!

Never worked with a more professional group of individuals. Troy and Rudy are awesome, replaced my leaking roof and I didn’t pay out of pocket( wasn’t even aware that it was possible). Definitely recommend to all friends and family.

I highly recommend Next Strides for roofing replacement. My point of contact was Jimmy Moreno. He came out inspected my roof, confirmed it needed to be replaced. I made a claim and he worked with my Insurance company to get my claimed approved. Once the roofing team came out to replace my roof, it took a total of 4 hours to remove, replace and haul out my old roof. I was impressed with how fast my roof was replaced.

From the owners and project managers all the way to the supplement team I have nothing but great things to say. They’re all very responsive and kept me up to date through this entire process. Major shoutout to Maddie Marcos on the supplement team who handled the insurance side of things and made sure my family was taken care of as well as making sure my insurance company didn’t take any shortcuts
