We were in need of some repair work to our deck and a fresh stain. Found Next Step Construction online and am so glad that we did. I love that they are a local and family owned business and it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They were quick to respond, quoted us a fair price, and did excellent work. They were very professional and their communication was superb. We couldn’t be any happier with our end result and will definitely use them again for future projects.

They responded very quickly to evaluate a leak in the roof, made sure to cover the roof to prevent further damage before it was completely fixed.

Next Step was beyond helpful with getting our roof replaced after we noticed a leak after a wind storm. They called me back immediately, came out to inspect quickly, and helped me through the process of filing with homeowners insurance. I have never had a contractor so responsive and so quick! They are very busy yet still came to my home on time, made sure my roof was tarped when rain was coming before an insurance adjuster could come out, and made sure to meet the adjuster at my house. It only took one day of work to replace the whole roof and their people did an excellent job. Couldn’t recommend them more!
