Improveit! Home Remodeling

First of all the gentleman, Doug, who came to my house was very personable. It took more than 90 minutes but there were various distractions. Doug remained very professional no matter what went on.

I wish I had gone with Improve It from the beginning !!! I'm sure I would have been happier much sooner.!!!

Had an opportunity to meet with Seth and Joe from the local office today to discuss my upcoming bath remodel. Their presentation helped immensely with the few questions I had, and I appreciated the polish that went into making me feel like my desires for the space were being heard and specifically addressed.

Really appreciated the lack of pressure from Seth and Joe, who kept a very conversational tone and didn't ever feel like they were trying to sell me.

I've got an extremely difficult (bordering on unreasonable) timeline, so I won't be able to work with Improveit! on this project, but I'm looking forward to having them help out on a new bathroom after relocating to Lexington.

Aaron Johns was our contractor for a short timeline bathroom remodel/tub replacement. He communicated greatly to schedule the appt and informed me of is his estimated arrival the day of the project. He worked all day diligently mostly by himself. The result was great and better than expected. This gentleman is deserving of his five stars.

Michael Conley came out and talked to me for hours about the various options I have in getting the bathroom remodel done and I’m so satisfied and excited with the options we chose

I worked with Doug today. We went over options of the different types of showers and colors. He was very knowledgeable about their products and the process of getting the old shower out and replaced with the new one. He's a very pleasant gentleman to work with.

We had our 1950s original bathroom remodeled, and we are very pleased with the quality of the products used and how meticulous our installer was. The tradesman who worked on our remodel did an excellent job and did not rush the process. Very prompt and friendly communication with the company from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and professional!!! I enjoyed meeting him and I am excited about my new windows to come!!!

I was really impressed with the guy who put in our shower. He was very professional. Did it in one day and cleaned up afterwards I would recommend him in this company to anyone.

Zach did a great job installing our new tub. He was professional and friendly. He worked in a timely manner and was happy to answer the questions or kids had.

I just want to say that Doug Spindler is a fantastic salesperson. My husband and I were skeptical about the windows but Doug convinced us with his outstanding company to buy. He assured us that everything would be fine and it was. We had issues that he addressed and fixed quickly. So...I highly recommend him and Improve it windows.

Doug was very informative about the windows & explained them well to us. He was very personable & relatable to us as well.

The guy(i forgot his name) who came to do our bathroom remodel, did fantastic! He was so quick and kept everything clean. The bathroom looks fantastic. He was very respectful, kind, and on time. I would recommend improveit and the guy who came to do our installation.

They will spam call you to no end. It has been over an year. I already said I wont do the remodeling many times, I keep on blocking numbers but I still receive calls from different numbers. I have nothing to say about their service, it might be amazing, but please stop calling!

Awesome service. Answered ALL my questions. Was very friendly to my pets and gave a great deal!!! Dave was my installer and he's clearly the best. I highly recommend this company. I got the window kit and london fog background with matte black hardware. So beautiful.

Improve-it replaced 13 windows on my house. They are beautiful and they did a very nice job! I can already tell the difference in the improved insulation.

Tommy was amazing. He was very professional and straight forward about everything. He helped us save money and got us what we needed/wanted for out new bathroom.

The installation of my new shower was a breeze! My installer, Danny, was super nice, respectful, and very hard working. I will definitely be doing future projects with ImproveIt! I have included some before and after photos to show the progress! Danny also did an amazing job cleaning up and making sure everything was working and answered any questions I had during the installation.

Very professional work done by the Bearded Brothers. Demo was fast and surprisingly quiet. Installation was fast and precise. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give them!

Edit: Do NOT go with Improveit! Ridiculously over priced and was a headache. First installation caused a water leak on the second floor, took MONTHS to repair and communication was poor. Would totally avoid if possible!!!
