We are a Senior Condo Complex, in Algonac,and Paul came to quote roof repair, siding repair and interior exhaust repair. On all (3) Condos he completed quotes he gave us and made repairs with his crew, Including himself. We cannot thank him enough and will continue to utilize Premier Builders in Future.

Premier Builders Inc just finished the complete tear off and install of our roof. The owner initially came out to our home for the quote, prepared with technical specs of our roof so he was able to fairly estimate the quote. He recommended specific premium materials throughout the job as our roof has poor draining issues.

The day of the install the crew showed up promptly at 7:30 am and began the large job of tear off, wood repair and new roof install. Our roof is 37 “square” in size which isn’t a small job. They finished the entire job that day! They used exactly the materials the owner said they would and were very, very careful about not damaging our landscape or any of our fixtures/property! The following day one of the men from the crew came back a used a magnet to pick up nails out 25foot around the entire house. This has been one of the best contractor company experiences we have had in 18 years living in our home. The crew was very professional and worked very well together which was rather fascinating to watch. We chose the Certianteed 50 year architectural shingles and are very happy with the way the roof turned out!

After talking to the owner, I expected quality work. It was way more than quality. The crew arrived early. Ready to work a very full day. Every aspect of their work was top quality from shingles to cleanup. I would recommend Premier Builder Inc to anyone needing a new roof who loves having it done professionally.

Paul came out and shot me straight. I feel like a lot of companies try to upsell for bigger jobs. He even did a few repairs for free during the quote to make sure a leak stopped. Amazing customer service, Would definitely recommend! 11/10

Premier Builder Inc did an outstanding job siding our home. My wife and I knew we wanted to upgrade the look of our home but were hesitant changing the existing colors and overall look. We met with Paul, the owner, who not only is very knowledgeable and professional, but has excellent presentation and communication skills. He is talented in bringing out the best color scheme to upgrade your home appearance. His siding and gutter crew did a phenomenal job. They also gave careful thought as to what would be the best look when applying the siding. I also had contact with Lindsay in the office during this whole process and she was very professional and kept me well informed throughout this process. Premier worked on my parents house, they did very good work, on time. My parents were pleased because they were getting compliments on how nice the house looked from passersby’s after the work was done.

This Company came out the day after my house was hit by an EF1 tornado the whole crew and there family volunteer and cleaned up and cut trees down they worked at least 10hrs and when one of the crew or family members saw me they would come up to me and ask if I needed anything this is a great bunch of people and that is why I chose them to repair my home I'm going to be honest I had plenty of people handing me business cards and before the end of the day I had already made up my mind who I was going to pick to fix my house

Great company and a pleasure to work with. Very thorough from estimate to cleanup and final inspection. I had about 8 quotes to replace my roof and Premier was the only company that addressed the problem, why it was happening, and provided a great solution. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up and not trampling all my wife’s flowers. I have referred them to several people since they replaced my roof. Will use again in the future!

Great to work with on our full roof replacement. Came highly recommend by other family that also had roofs replaced by Premier Builder. Paul came out to quote, walked us through process and materials, and made a great roof color recommendation to match the house. Work was completed quickly, crew was polite, and cleaned up area well after. Additionally Premier Builder also installed new gutters and gutter guards. Paul double checked all work. Great experience overall.
